One of the best video conferencing and meetings tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Google Calendar which helps me to schedule and maintain my meetings calendar.
I also love the way we can organize company-level conferences and group meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
there are too many subscriptions and add-ons which create great inconvenience. It feels like hunting for the right app on the play store rather than pointing to the solution.
It requires an app to be downloaded which causes inconvenience when inviting an end user to the Zoom meeting.
It would be awesome if Zoom can work directly on the web browser.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom makes it very easy for us to schedule and maintain our meetings. also, video conferences and meetings are made more effective with screen-sharing and other options such as remote control of a PC during a product demonstration or issue troubleshooting with a client

What do you like best about the product?
I like that now Zoom is a lot more user-friendly, and easy to navigate. When someone needs to get on a call now, it is much more efficient than other video call services we have used in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, when Zoom first started becoming available, it was rather difficult to use. You had to jump through a lot of hoops to even get the software for it downloaded, and then once it was downloaded, you had to jump through more hoops to find the class/people you were looking to video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it has a screen share option. We used to use team viewer but that application started to become rather outdated and everyone switched over to Zoom. We have to screen share a lot in our business, and Zoom just makes it much easier to do so

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used on both stationary devices, such as a computer, and portable ones, such as a phone or tablet. You can decide whether your meetings should be one-time events or repeat in a predetermined pattern when you book them. Zoom is also utilized as a training tool. It is feasible, giving companies the ability to do webinars and live e-learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has some drawbacks, including the potential for privacy and security lapses. Private view is still something that the chat window needs to work on. It would be fantastic if they made it possible to share your location with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom we can connect with people for various reasons. The platform is user-friendly and allows us to work uninterrupted for hours every day without frustration. It works really well especially the ability to record, draw on shared screen and send attachments in chat. It makes it look like we are in the same room.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helped me perform my work during the new normal era. Comparing it to the other platforms, I prefer using Zoom because I find it features intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside but more of personal preference. I just hate paying for things online but I understand because at the end of the day, the application made our lives easier and I guess its just right for us to spend a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made things a lot easier, especially when connecting with people at work around the worlf. Let's all be honest, Zoom is one of the first application introduced to most of us

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate all the options available. I often coordinate calls for others that I'm not a part of. Zoom makes it easy to set up and track. I also love all the backgrounds and filters available... makes meetings more enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out the options available was a bit challenging. While they provide a ton of information to learn everything, it can be a bit overwhelming and confusing to sort through. Also, my clients want it sent in a calendar invite. I haven't seen that I can do that, so I have to schedule it on my Outlook calendar and send it from there as a meeting. And because I'm coordinating the meeting between prospects and clients, wanting to keep their info private from one another, I have to send two invitations which now reside on my calendar even though I'm not attending. It's a lot of steps that seem unnecessary. I'd love to discover there's an easier way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to coordinate meetings between prospective clients and current clients for references.
Zoom Innovative Virtual Meeting Channel
What do you like best about the product?
With Zoom, I can connect with clients virtually globally with zero issues. I can record my meetings and send them to my clients to reference later. Additionally, I love that I can email my clients the invitation link and they can easily click on it to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had any difficulty with Zoom; the software is excellent and innovative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During tax season, some of my clients are either busy or out of the country but need to file their taxes, and with Zoom, I can schedule a virtual meeting and share my screen to explain their tax situation. Zoom makes the whole experience more professional and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom overall but I love new figure where you can take over the screen of the other user. I am IT person. It is helpful when my remote desktop is not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how zoom limits one hour meeting for standard user. I am sometimes use for group calls for my non profit org and I have to send new link if our meeting goes over an hour

Zoom solved many problem. Ever since we starting working from home, Zoom has be god. My company recently started using team but I used zoom for couple year now.
