Zoom is one of the best apps for videoconferencing because of its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. It makes it easy for hosts and participants to navigate and use the app's features. High-quality video calls: Zoom is known for its high-quality video calls. It makes video calls clear, crisp and smooth so that users can communicate without interruption. Versatile meeting features: Zoom has many features that improve virtual meetings. It has features like screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, recording options, etc. Stable and reliable performance: Zoom has proven durable and reliable, even in high-demand situations. It can handle large meetings with multiple participants without significant issues, so you can be sure you are getting a consistent and uninterrupted performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I may experience connectivity problems, such as audio or video interruptions, frozen screens or dropped calls. Internet instability, network congestion or hardware limitations can cause these issues.

Nothing like dislike. Free version is for limited time. Could have been for 1 hour atleast

Zoom is a great product for creating meetings and interviewing new candidates. I appreciate the options for making rooms, sharing a screen and multiple other actions.

Least helpful thing about Zoom is the position of options, like sharing a screen or making new boards during the meeting - it hides sometimes and is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a problem with working together on something that is only on the screen by using screen share option. This is a really useful option during conferencing and screen sharing.

Able to text and have meetings and not have to be onsite for meetings. I appreciate the various ways of communicating. The best thing about this is the many ways to get a message to someone

I do not dislike anything. Everything is working well for me. No solutions are needed. At this time, I do not see anything needed to improve this. No improvements needed

The best part about Zoom is its user interface which is so smooth and user-friendly which is why in the last few years people started using this software so much

HD video is not that good quality, 40 mins time only for people without the premium membership, also it lags and freezes too sometimes which makes it difficult sometimes

Zoom has made the life of almost 60%+ professionals worldwide very easy, as it helps you in communicating with your colleagues very easily and it almost feels like we are in office only

You can't see everyone in one chat; there would be multiple screens, if any, to see everyone like a group of 12
