One of the best meeting software I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Screen Sharing and Collaboration excels in facilitating collaboration through features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and annotation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve for New Users While Zoom Meetings has a relatively user-friendly interface, some users, particularly those less familiar with video conferencing platforms, may initially find it challenging to navigate and access certain features. However, with a bit of practice and familiarity, most users quickly adapt to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables me to connect and collaborate seamlessly regardless of my physical location. It eliminates the need for in-person meetings, allowing individuals to communicate and collaborate remotely.

Crucial For Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Zoom. It was crucial to have during COVID, and still remains crucial now that working form home is as common as it is. I like that users of all platforms, i.e. Windows and Apple, can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can't be connected to an Outlook calendar the way that you can with Microsoft Teams. I know you can make a calendar invitation with a link, but with Microsoft Teams you can simply click "Join Meeting" and it leads you there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving difficulties involved with communication when you can't be somewhere in person. It eliminates the necessity to commute and drive for important events.
Zoom is really convenient to use. Not a messy app. Everything is so simlified.

Zoom is simplified which is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zoom. As it has all the necessary features.

I am able to make new clients by scheduling Zoom meetings. I am able to screen candidate easily via a video call.

Zoom is the best one in modern days to call all over the world if we have a good internet connection, this app is very good and has a good quality of connecting people,

While working from remote areas where the internet is slow, this would be a bad option because poor network quality cannot be connecting which may bring down your work progress and meetings,

it is benefiting me for working progress and recruitment of cosultants in staffing agency, and this is most helpfull because im able to connect people throughout the World for work purpose,

It helps us in communicating well regarding the minor, major issues in our daily processes in work.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to have options and even share screen plus control someone else ppt presentation from the zoom call. This gives more control over the person presenting and they can fully control the slides
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe what they can do better is the connectivity and when to switch between two zoom calls, If they could make a seamless switch between two apps, then that would be great.

Communication in a remote first company and as our primary means of meeting each other virtually. Zoom is used for all meetings , official and unofficial as well. It is very handy and it is easy to set up a meeting
