Zoom : A boon for online meeting
What do you like best about the product?
For any presentations, online meetings, or video conferencing the one services comes to my mind that is Zoom. An excellent platform to communicate the people across the globe without any hassle. You always feel that we are all sitting in the same room and that is the power of Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I strongly recommend to the Zoom team that they have limitations of only 45 minutes for free trial. I highly recommend it should be atleast for an hour or so. As most of the people schedule the meetings which holds upto atleast for 1 hour. So kindly look into this, and it will definitely will give a value add to your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now a days we are providing digital trainings and our user base is spread across the world and in a day we use to have multiple calls to present out business use case or provide business trainings and we use this product most frequently to communicate our stuff.

the easy of use;
the band of power when there is not enough data in the network: it works well enough even in challenging networks;

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a bug that think I am a different user makes me enter in an empty room for meetings that I have set and it communicates me that the owner has to open the meeting (when the owner is me!). Hope it will be resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working with people in different countries. It works really well especially with the recording, the ability to draw on the shared screen and the ability to send attachments in chat. It makes it like we are in the same room.

Video conference calls can be a breeze with over 5 people with a hist granted to lead group and control screen

Unable to view chat while inside other zoom sections. Backgrounds arr not always clear or displayed

Learning whole not in classroom. Ability to attend team meetings even when not in office. Can learn from other miles away from the comfrom of your home

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and that Zoom can be integrated with most everything we use at work. It doesn't make my computer lag as I have had happen with other online meeting apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the person who made the meeting doesn't start on time, it says that you can't join and that the meeting was made in the past (1979 weirdly). Once the person signs on, though, the meeting starts as normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is remote, so Zoom allows us to meet internally every week. I am also in sales, so it allows me to talk to my prospects and clients face-to-face. I enjoy being able to see everybody rather than just call as it makes everything more human.
Zoom is the best platform for meetings out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is the easiest platform to use for any type of face to face, team meeting, group conference call in the market right now. Best interface there is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it were easier to find the buttons or functions we need, but so far it's not at all bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home, it gives the feel of a real office conference environment. It's great to link up and brainstorm with colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
Recording option I liked the most and the clarity was excellent. The sharing option with request remote control was brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Default background wallpaper can't find more options. If you provide more creative background wallpaper then it will be extraordinary features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom integration with Slack and Google Calendar is very usefull. It makes user friendly and time efficiency in searching for the link and setting up a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that it brings everyone together when things need to be said face to face. And with the pandemic still lingering around a bit its awsome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does have a few quirks that can be addressed and options of other apps that can be integrated into Zoom but arent should be considered. Apps as simple as Kahoots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom will allow everyone on a team to come together so they can catch up on any and every day to day task at hand. Also any new feed back or training can be done and as a business its extremly usefull to avoid contact.
Zoom is a reliable easy to use platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom is connected to my google calendar. Therefore, when I create a meeting I am able to click on the zoom link to insert a video conferencing link easily. It is very accessible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of times zoom has asked me to log back in after logging out is a little inconvenient. I don't normally check if I'm logged into zoom before a meeting and if it prompts me to log in while I have already joined a meeting it is frustrating because my picture and background won't load in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Living in a virtual world, it is critical that companies have a platform that is easy to use and accessible in order to connect my business to my customers. Zoom allows for this communication easily and effectively.
East to use and understand the options
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is looks clean and easy to understand the options are convenient

No flaws in Zoom so far, all good and works well without any issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far so good, no issue faced till date and I am not recalling any instance where I have faced issues with Zoom
