Good experience, starting at the time of pandemic, now a paid user.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start a meeting and bring people in. Online experience is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook integration leaves a lot to be desired. It might be my configuration, but have had issues.
Would like to see better integration between phone and computer. Not all computers have cameras.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and easy to set up and conduct a meeting. Security is much better than in the beginning. I like screen sharing, but sometimes switching applications can be unwieldy, causing you to have to share your entire desktop.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system is user friendly and fairly flexible. The ability to reach out internationally with ease helpful. As a yoga teacher I dislike not having the ability to unmute participants as they have to get off the mat if they have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a yoga teacher I can access a broader audience at a greater distance, which has increased my clientele. Many people are uncomfortable attending live classes and this is the perfect solution.
Intuitive and Easy Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with many add on features as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly, especially for large scale meetings. We sometimes only need to have one large meeting a year, it isn't easy to upgrade and downgrade our account for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting people remotely, having meetings online, dial-in and computer attending options.
Convenient, mostly lag-free, useful tool for my very small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient it is. Throw a link in an email and see each other face-to-face in a moment. Seeing faces is so important in communication. And the other programs all have lag issues (Teams, Google Meet).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that allowed you to pick the person to focus on. When people leave their mics on, they can cough or make a simple noise that pulls the focus to them. There should be a way to lock on the presenter when it's a group of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business of one person, I have control over when and how I want to present myself. And when I'm able to send a link to another small business that doesn't pay for an account, I feel good about my subscription. I also can use it to connect with friends. During the pandemic, it was a lifesaver.
Zoom is reliable and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it adjusts to the internet speed of the user. Being in a developing country, internet isn't always stable and Zoom mitigates this for it's users. Likewise, Zoom also is easy to use, specially when explaining it to students or even to families who are not too tech-savy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options for small schools who can't afford multiple zoom accounts for all classes. Also, the whiteboard feature can be enhanced more to include perhaps other font styles that uses a classic "a" such as in century gothic. Also, it should be easier for users to disable certain features such as display profiles and backgrounds, specially for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with communication. It's smooth to use for online classes, one-on-one conferences, and even trans continent interactions. Likewise, it also helps a lot with teaching, specially when teaching classes where students need to show what they are working on like in coding ans computer classes.

With as many individuals and businesses using Zoom, it would seem they could make it a bit more cost-effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the connectivity issues between customers and clients. No need to travel anymore; now, we can connect from the convenience of our homes or offices. I can see my clients face to face, which is invaluable in my line of work!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user friendly tool. It allows me to be of service to my clients from anywhere. I can be at home, at the park or on the road and my clients do not need to know that. I can still be professional and meet with others at the touch of a button. I also like the ability to make Zoom an added on option right withing my calendar. I can make appointments virtual instantly, without having to cancel or restart the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I cannot fully control my client's computer when they give me the ability to control their screen. There are times clients need technical assistance and I am limited in what I can do from my side of the screen. I use TeamViewer if I need to control the entire computer remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to save time for travel. Prior to being a user, I would have to schedule travel time for before and after appointments. This tool allows me to meet with more people in a day. It also allows for my clients to schedule a time with me and select the option to meet with me on Zoom or in person and pay for our appointment in advance.

Zoom seems to have become the new "verb" for face to face video communication - i like it's ease of use, particularly for new users,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about the software. I spend about 3-6 hours per day five days a week - and it's straightforward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating virtual community gathering and learning spaces for groups that would normally have met in person. Helping these same groups to become more self-directed in their approach to reaching out and connecting with others.
Why I use Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom is how easy it is to use. The software developers did an excellent job with the zoom app. Zoom is so easy to use that even people who struggle with technology can quickly figure out the ins and out of using zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom has issues when being used with google chrome. Also, occasionally the preset zoom links you can do for meetings fails and you need to restart the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of having to meet in person for a team meeting. With Zoom, my team can complete from anywhere at any time with just something as basic as a smartphone or tablet.
