What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible to incorporate multiple people across the organization or business to come together on a moment's notice if needed. The convenience of having a meeting a the " drop of a hat" is not only convenient but time-saving!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches that prevent others from joining the meeting but usually, those disruptions are due to internet issues and not the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing ways to meet and interact with multiple entities with ease. There is not a need to bring people together in a physical location, because this can be accomplished via Zoom.

The positive aspects of the Zoom app are many. Firstly, the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes it incredibly user-friendly. The app's video and audio quality are also excellent .

As mentioned earlier, one of the best tools to connect with colleagues during the torrid times of WFH

I don't have any complains about Zoom. It is just fantastic.

Team meetings and screen sharing has helped to a great extend during WFH times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having team meetings on zoom. It's hard getting all my parents to come sometimes since I reside in LA .My cheerleaders are able to sit there with their parents when we do meetings via zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I think zoom should automatically mute everyone joining the meeting. It's gives people an option and I dont like that very much. It's frustrating when people join unmuted and don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a I stated before my team has a hard time getting everyone face to face. So zoom helps with that problem because we can have meetings virtually so everyone can show up.

Not too many downsides. It's sometimes a bit laggy but overall it's a great system.

Being able to connect with any team members or external parties who are remote within a matter of seconds.

We have been using Zoom to schedule calls with clients, and it has been straightforward to do so.
The UI is user-friendly, and any new user can easily understand it.

There have been some security concerns regarding zoom.
And there are not enough options to use while in meetings which can make it more interactive.
More interactive features, such as small mini games like tic tac toe etc., can be a great addition while on long meetings.

I Love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and convenient for the work that I do. It integrates nicely with many other apps and websites for smooth scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom isn't universal yet so not everyone is using it. Many of my clients are confused if it is a call or video when they get the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't been keeping up with zoom improvements, but there is certainly more integration available than when I first started using it.
