Consistent and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is consistent, reliable, and has minimal tactical problems or issues with downtime. Because more people worked from home in the past couple of years, you'll find that many people in business and your personal life are familiar with the Zoom infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates are inconvenient. I understand that they're necessary, but if an alert appeared to show an update is available, instead of a pop-up that prevents you from proceeding to your scheduled meeting, that would be a better user experience.
Being a long time customer should be rewarded in the renewal rates - there are more competitors in the marketplace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes meetings and sharing convenient. It decreases the need for travel. Unfortunately it's a double-edged sword. (Many people want to meet and a brief email would suffice.)
Zoom as Medium for hybrid work
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about zoom is its user interface, it is so easy and simple to use. Group meetings are made simple and accessible, anytime and anywhere. Other things I like on zoom are Detailed Reports, Meeting Scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about it is pricey, and sometimes the quality of the video is not good. A little development on multiple hosting would make sense. Quality of screen sharing bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quality of video and audio replays is improving and it benefits us a lot as we always use recordings in our meetings. Communication between organization members are great.
Excellent video and audio quality. Good selection of functions, especially in the Pro version.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to be face-to-face, making up for the absence of colleague support in the age of COVID (working from home). Next-best-thing to being there. Facial and verbal cues make for a much richer and more rewarding experience than voice or text only.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason it seems much easier and more reliable to connect over my smartphone than by computer, often the connection times out no matter how many times I try (but not on phone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing for a more immersive communication experience vs email, text, instant message, or phone. Visualizing the person(s) you're chatting with makes all the difference.
Great tool that has allowed me to meet with most clients virtually saving me hours of drive time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share documents with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some concern with security but have not had any issue to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of how to meet with clients who are far away - even in other states. It saves me time which helps me be more productive.
Zoom is an essential part of my business
What do you like best about the product?
I am an alternative health care provider. During Covid and continuing into the present, Zoom allows me to see my clients. This provides significantly more information than a phone call. It is a good option when in-person is not possible, either because of geography, weather and possible covid exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes that sound quality is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a good option when in-person appointments with clients are not possible, either because of geography, weather, travel or possible covid exposure. It provides flexibility in how I "see" my clients

What do you dislike about the product?
- Price point is a bit high, and free tier is a bit limiting
- A bit of a resource hog on some laptops
- User flow for generating and sending invite links could be redesigned to require less steps
- Non-hosts should have the ability to locally mute & disable video from other users

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very easy to work and interact remotely with others both from a business and personal perspective. Whether it's collaborating with coworkers, or helping my parents solve some problem on their home computers, Zoom is the best-in-class for video chat programs currently.
Zoom all the way!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was Inc. during the pandemic as a part
What do you dislike about the product?
Inc. during the pandemic as a part of Our weekly sales meetings which we used to have face-to-face we are still currently using zoom as a part of our weekly sales meetings due to sometimes our sales reps are out of the office access point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I explained in my previous statement these are very strange times when it comes to germs and germ a phobic and people that have different beliefs about viruses and colds and what not so it's very imperative that as a corporation were able to include everyone in the sales meetings
Seamless user experience and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Love the extremely subtle branding. It's so subtle and really, makes the experience so easy. It feels like second nature.
We also love the speed of the interface!

What do you dislike about the product?
Still separated management options, across web and app. Needs more development to make singular usage. Also, think you should push the social aspect (or chat) so that attendees are more likely to use it, instead of being apprehensive to interact with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accommodate the majority of my client's needs having a zoom account specifically, has really helped us.
Other than having the same preferred video conferencing software, it's also comforting to know I can create/start a meeting in seconds, and with confidence.

Always dependable and very user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate how easy it is to create links quickly and email/text them to many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like to improve is for music that I play during a Zoom call would be heard at the same decibel that I hear it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has, indeed, supported the expansion of my coaching/hypnotherapy !
The leader when it comes to video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Two things come to mind: performance and useability. Zoom's video performance is by far one of the best on the market, even over mediocre internet connections. It just works well and this is the core value for any video conferencing software. Secondly, the UX is fantastic and has redefined what enterprise software should be. It's remarkably simple to join meetings via a single URL. One of the key decision choices was to remove the browser extension and release clients that are very fast to launch. Purchasing zoom is very easy, you can do so on a monthly or yearly basis. Licenses can be applied and removed from various users so there is some flexibility. I like the reporting that shows the frequency of Zoom meetings which allows you to plan accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has gradually been constraining their free version over time as they've become a public company with the need to grow revenues. This is somewhat understandable; at least you can still get 40 minutes of conference time using the free version. It would be nice to get more default backgrounds. Currently Zoom only offers a few although you can add your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides excellent video conferencing services which enables us to work effectively. This is critical as a remote and distributed team. It also saves time when dealing with other companies and partners as most people already are familiar with using zoom.
