Excellent, works great with integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The best, most helpful, and easiest video conference calling app around. It's hard for me to believe that people used to use Skype. Zoom has become the new go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the audio/video quality was better on occasion. If it were, I could use it for even more things than I already do. All in all it still works better than any other option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a consistent, reliable, and user friendly video conferencing platform. I spend most of my time on calls and meetings, so having a platform that works every single time is a must-have.

No dislikes. Its the choice between Microsoft teams and Zoom.

Zoom makes remote meeting convienent. It's a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an exceptional platform for hosting both small and large meetings with up to 300 participants, facilitating in-depth and productive discussions. It provides a variety of communication channels, including instant messaging, voice calls, video conferences, and screen sharing. Additionally, Zoom allows for impromptu meetings or the scheduling of meetings in advance. When scheduling meetings, I have the flexibility to choose between one-time or recurring meeting options according to my preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there are no complaints or dislikes about Zoom. It has been extremely helpful for me in the past few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To facilitate daily communication with external collaborators as part of my job, I rely heavily on Zoom's conferencing tools and features. In the past, I used to attend numerous physical meetings, but with the arrival of the pandemic, I discovered that meeting people virtually through Zoom was a more practical option. Utilizing Zoom has helped me streamline my job engagements and save valuable time by minimizing the need for physical travel to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and it has a lot of functions, mostly for meetings and reviews.
It has good quality for video sharing and conference, audio is good as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I don't have a premium account, it has a limit or maximum time of minutes for meetings. Yeah, it was not always free. I think that's only the downside. Setting up the meeting was not as difficult as it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to have easy and convenient learning and have a meeting for everyone. Meeting and virtual classroom with lots of participants that was able to handle by the Zoom App

What do you like best about the product?
Constant updates, ease of use, minimal downtime. The ability for SSO and non-SSO users to access the same meetings. They are constantly adding new features for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how some of the features are not tied to a hot key. For example, the last pointer or annotate on the page. Transitioning from mouse to keyboard and back again is clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to host virtual class sessions, meetings, and quick get-togethers on the same platform across a myriad of devices has been fantastic for our institution.

What I like most about Zoom is it's ubiquitous - everyone has it and knows how to use it. It's rare that anyone doesn't know how to use zoom.

I wish Zoom had some more customization options for setting performer squares

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to conduct online class via zoom. It's user friendly for me as well as to my students. It is very easy to access even in the mobile. Finally it's a good one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything in zoom except the time limit. I guess we need set a time when creating a link. Sometime screen sharing is a problem that only one person can share the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the zoom application we can able to take online class very easily. And screen sharing option have solved many of the real time problem. Also we can use the chat option to ask questions
An awesome product that connects our WFH team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect to the rest of our team and wider company. Its so easy to jump on a zoom at the drop of a hat, cuts out any miscommunication and back and fourth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish recording sessions was a little easier. Sometimes I am the host but I am told I need the host to record the session. I am assuming this could be a bug but really hinders the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting teams internationally. We have teams in US, UK, APAC and Canada. It is so easy to connect our international teams and share information very quickly.

There is nothing to dislike, the best tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting from Covid-19, we have been working remotely, and there was a challenge to meeting together for discussions (instant, daily, weekly or monthly).
Zoom resolved the issue and there is no delays. Also, we have hired the workforce from various countries and having clients in different geographies, meeting over the zoom is an awesome experience with our clients.

Zoom makes everything *that* much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can manage your meeting in advance, set up polls + control who enters via waiting rooms. I also find many of the integrations (google cal / gmail + gainsight, calendly, etc) very hepful in streamlining the telework process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when running other applications, Zoom will buffer, but I think that's likely a problem with my wifi, not the program itself. Otherwise, I think Zoom is well suited for my teleconferencing needs.

Zoom allows me to create Zoom meetings directly through Calendly or google calendar, manage my meetings in advance, and train customers and team members on our Quorum platform via screen-sharing and polls.
