What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its reliable, high-quality video conferencing with easy screen sharing and seamless integration with persistent chat and file sharing, so I can switch between calls and team discussions without losing context. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy.

I feel like the workspace organization and advanced collaboration features of Zoom Workplace can be less intuitive or polished compared with dedicated project management or chat apps. This sometimes makes it harder to keep conversations and work neatly structured.

I use Zoom Workplace for quick online meetings, interviews, and courses. I like its friendly user interface and its support and privacy for online meeting rooms. When I used it for online courses, it really helped me connect with a lot of people in related fields and grow my network and socialize more. The setup process is very easy as the interface is user-friendly.

Sometimes the server crashes and I get logged out for some reason.

The video quality sometimes stops mid-playing, and the app crashes. Additionally, there are issues with the network not working properly. There are some bugs that need to be fixed.

The initial setup was very easy with no delay, which I found impressive. These features, along with its functionality, lead me to rate it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

Sometimes the quality of video gets grainy or people freeze. It can take time away from the call's main discussion and make us step away to solve the issue.

I don’t have to switch between separate apps for communication and collaboration, which simplifies workflows and reduces app clutter. It's user-friendly, and the best thing is that you can share your screen as well. I usually use it once a week.

For free, it's only a 40-minute time limit; sometimes it gets lag and drops calls
