It’s quick and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Convince and clear picture and audio. I can meet with friends and coliges any time of day or night. I can record in computer or cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough memory on cloud I have to save big videos on my computer and it takes up a lot of space and it makes my computer go slow

My clients are in different parts of the states and in different time zones. I can upload the vid to YouTube and invite friends
Frequent zoom user
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly convenient to set up meetings both through my computer and on my mobile device. Most of the time I copy my invite code and paste it into a calendar invite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many people are using it. For those that have switched over to other applications, it seems challenging for them to get on. It is also frustrating that I can't make other people co-host in a convenient way, for them to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me a reliable and convenient way to host video calls. It also works very well with my Macbook and does not require constant logging in.
Zoom - essential for business
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the video is what makes Zoom better than all of the other tools out there. We are a Google shop, but we still choose to use Zoom for important meetings because of the quality and stability of the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't let you set the ability for anyone to screen share, slowing things down when you want to collaborate. The host has to click 3-5 times to allow others to screen share, especially if not everyone has a paid Zoom account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the most professional video communication tool out there. It might seem silly, but when a company has a paid Zoom account, it may make them appear more legitimate and serious as an organization.
Thoughtful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zoom for several years as well as other platforms. Zoom's features are well thought out and helpful to the presenter as well as the audience from the chat to the invite (that includes a reminder), polls, and setting up webinars and templates I appreciate how they always want to improve the experience for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the Team could use the Webinar feature instead of having to name it to one person. This makes it challenging when we have one person setting up the webinar and another person hosting it. Or if we have multiple people presenting webinars in the same month. While frustrating, it's not necessarily a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host a lot of client meetings, team meetings, trainings, and webinars. Zoom allows us to easily schedule and promote all of these from Outlook or the internet.
Convenient way to connect
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability to schedule meetings ahead of time and send the link to participants. Also the link is included in the calendar reminder for the meeting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inconsistency of the links provided. If I send someone the link ahead of time and I am the host, once I am in the meeting waiting for attendees they cannot access the room. They receive a message that the host is in another meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I purchased the business Zoom and it gives me the flexibility to schedule meetings longer than one hour. Sometimes 45 minutes is not enough time when conducting business.

What do you like best about the product?
When we had to shut down during Covid Zoom made it easy to be up and functional within a day. Easy to reach out to clients remotely. We teach pilates classes and I needed to have students access the class online. It was easy for my clients to access. I continue to have zoom classes and the scheduling software I use links to zoom. I have private appointments and classes with zoom.

I would like more functionality to set users settings.

I can teach classes to students all across the country.

Zoom works very well for lecture/discussion classes, which is what I often teach.

At times I teach music. There is no way technologically for the entire class to play simultaneously.

Especially if the class is a bit specialized, and thus the local face to face audience is limited,

The platform is reliable, sound is clear and is a great tool to conduct meetings

It is convenient, quick, and reliable. I like the fact that I can have a meeting while sitting at home. I also appreciate the quality of the sound.

Sometimes it stops randomly. This can be an inconvenience when one is in a meeting.

I don't have to do meetings face to face anymore. I can talk to anyone from the comfort of my own home. I don't have to travel to meet people, so it is more convenient and I can get other things done quicker.
Zoom has made remote work a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is convenient, increasingly secure, and has continued to add useful features like the whiteboard capability, which makes it easy to conduct employee trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom still occasionally depends heavily on individual connections - if one person in a group has a mediocre internet connection, it seems like the quality of the entire call suffers as a result. With that said, I'm not sure that that actually is how it works, or if the problem is with my own wifi!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved a number of problems, including the question of how best to manage an international nonprofit with a variety of directors located all over the world. The necessary level of interconnection is now no more difficult than figuring out the time zone difference.

Reliable and easy. Only a few steps to join a meeting

When an invite is coppied and then pasted it does not keep the active link when in an email. I have to make a word document first then it is active and I can copy and paste one more time
