The best thing about Zoom is :
It is user-friendly, wherein setting up and joining meetings is simple, requiring minimal technical knowledge. We can quickly adapt the platform and navigate through its various functionalities easily.

Zoom is a widely used and highly regarded platform, but the zoom has a few issues.
Although Zoom has put some security measures in place to protect the data and ensure privacy, it has faced criticism and investigation where unauthorized people gained access to meetings.

Zoom is solving several problems related to remote collaboration and communication which is benefiting us in multiple ways:
Zoom allows individual and multiple teams to connect and collaborate.
Zoom real-time audio and video communication wherein we can talk face-to-face even when the person is in the same location.
Zoom offers cross-platform support, making it accessible to us across different devices and operating systems. It allows us to join meetings from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best online platform in order to connect with others. We can easily connect to each other with the help of the easiest and simplest software by the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs which needs to be fixed. Sometimes the apps crash

Zoom solving the problem which is majorly face in any organization and corporates even in school/Institute are not able to connect in a easy way to each other. Hence zoom makes connected anytime anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
One to One meeting is the best feature I enjoyed a lot, attending or scheduling webinars , Voice clarity is astonishing & last but not least easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimizing and maximizing the screen is a hard task; recording quality can be improved, & Chatbot is useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zoom since the lockdown in working from home, and it has benefited me to work remotely and attend team meetings; in case of Internal tickets, Zoom screen sharing has helped me to solve tickets and explain my issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's video and quality are excellent even if I am using a low-bandwidth internet connection, this is the biggest thing that differentiates Zoom from the other competitors. This makes it easy to have clear and productive meetings, as the biggest issue has always been the interruptions that happened during the meetings, and Zoom has been of the utmost professionalism to make sure these issues are gone from the users. The support is broad from Applications, Software to using only a browser - the availability to use it is easy for all of ages and not techy saviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest issues that I had while using Zoom was that unauthorized people could join without permission this was sometimes disruptive as I had to make them go away myself, Zoom has taken a lot of steps to address this issue but it still has to be completely solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I am away from my work location, Zoom makes it easy for me to connect with people no matter where they are. This is very helpful for me but also for other businesses that have employees in multiple locations. It makes it easy to schedule meetings and to track the attendance. I can easily see who is in the meeting and can collaborate using a whiteboard, screen-sharing,file-sharing, and tons of other awesome features that Zoom provides for everyone. Anyone can use Zoom and find its benefits throughout remote digital times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoom has become more use friendly over the years. It listens to what it's customer base wants and creates it. Zoom has added extra accessibility features as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish zoom had better close captioning. I also wish there was an easier way of navigating the pop up alerts when people use the chat box or reactions. When doing webinars, that is what most complaints are around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is really adding new features to make zoom more individualized. For example, being able to turn off chat box notifications or minimizing reactions display.

The features it has are truly helpful for my daily activities. As a student with a lot of activities online, the room capacity, video setting, convenient agenda set up, and recording helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update for the Zoom apps on PC sometimes affects the video quality and some features, in some PC, after you update your zoom, you're unable to use the video background. Other time it also affects the video quality resolution and makes it stutter.

The online meeting, especially during this fast pace era. Many conferences and meetings are conducted online to reach more people, breaking the time and place limit. Another thing, when the classroom is canceled, the teacher will use zoom to have the class on another day. It helps students to keep up with the class.

One of the most significant advantages of Zoom is its ability to support multiple participants in a meeting. This feature becomes especially useful when it comes to virtual events, webinars, or online classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the pandemic, Zoom managed to significantly improve its service. However, one of the recurring problems I experienced was the failure of connection links when sharing them with other participants. It is important to consider the quality of the network, as it is likely that other participants did not have a good connection. Additionally, I noticed that when the number of participants in the meeting was high, the quality of the image and audio decreased. This could also be caused by bandwidth capacity and internet signal. It is difficult to determine whether the platform's failures are due to operational issues or connection quality.

These benefits allow us to stay connected, work and learn remotely, and collaborate effectively, even in situations where in-person contact is not possible.

it's like having a face-to-face conversation, minus the awkwardness of having to wear pants (yes, I'm guilty of that!). Whether it's for work, family hangouts, or online classes, Zoom's got your back, keeping us connected even when we're miles apart. It's like a virtual lifeline that brings us together and makes us feel like we're in the same room, sharing laughs and ideas.

there's nothing more frustrating than experiencing audio or video lag during an important meeting or getting disconnected at the worst possible moment. Also sometimes, a stable internet connectivity can be a hurdle for some users. Not everyone has access to high-speed internet or may face bandwidth limitations, leading to a less than optimal experience.

Firstly, it provides a solution for distance and remote communication. Whether it's for remote work, virtual meetings, or online classes, Zoom allows people to connect and collaborate from anywhere in the world. Zoom's ability to solve the problems of distance, time constraints, accessibility, and communication. Zoom has been instrumental during challenging times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very useful platform when the number of members in the meeting is huge. The meetings can also get streamed which is also very good thing. Also, zoom is free of cost platform so anyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't delete the inappropriate comments in zoom. There needs to be more improvement in the Video quality. We need to download the app always as we can't use zoom on browser.

In our meeting the number of joining members is very high so zoom helps us to get all users in the call.

Zoom is just one click away. This is a friendly user that helps everyone to see each other. What matters most is one-click away. This is the best tool I've got.

Once the Zoom started loading, it became slow and the video was pixelated. That's why I don't like it. Sometimes Zoom encounters an error, but otherwise, it is very good.

Projects and reports. Sometimes one-on-one with the agent that we need to coach from time to time and a timestamp that works with the agent. This is user-friendly.
