I use Zoom for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is familiar with Zoom now a days, people ven use it as a verb! Zoom is easy to use and the thing I like the most is it's recording into the cloud service. As a class instructor this is very convenient for when I have to teach online. The recordings are high quality and are ready to download in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always find it a little hard to use their screen sharing settings. Once you share the screen some buttons appear on the screen but it is hard to put them away when not using them, and the little window showing what you're sharing is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for team meetings, meetings with my advisor and other professors and for office hours. I also use Zoom to record lectures and other content for my classes. I have even used it to practice presentations before giving them in person.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of video and changing of the background is awesome when compared to the other applications. It will consume less mobile data as well while other consume more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aa of now there is nothing I dislike about the zoom because I love zoom most of the interviews was given through zoom only. For all officiall meetings I prefer only zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When ever we are taking interviews of employees we use zoom. And also when there is an issue in users machine we used to take remote sessions to check the actual issue

Serval Good Points:
1) 1080i Conferencing and easy-to-manage all meeting rooms from one console.
2) Free basic licence (30mins meetings) is plenty for standard End Users.
2) Free Basic licence allows 'remote control' on to User's machines. Helps with troubleshooting.
3) Competitively priced.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike but there is one.
Conferencing tech is best utilised with Windows machines. You will need an Intel NUC to connect up the meeting room tech.
Mac OS has very limited options.

Zoom is allowing all End Users to set up meetings; internally and externally. Many of our clients use so it helps that it is a commercial brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very flexible for scheduling Meeting,Sharing Data & Connection with office collegues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in non Paid Version, Sometime i face problem while connecting a video call.

Zoom is connecting all of my office collegues at a same time ,It is also help us to reduce office cost.
Zoom is the best web conference software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great to use. I've experienced other software for web conferences, and I can tell Zoom is the best. The features are easy to use, I haven't seen delays on video and it works fine. I love the fact we can easily choose the screen we are sharing and the reduced bar is always easy to identify on the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be better is the fact that when we do not have the app installed and we need to join a meeting, it prompts to download the app instead of offering the link to use the web version. It may sound small, but it caused a lot of confusion with people that are not tech-savvy and I remember I also experienced some confusion when using it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping with business web conferencing and remote classes. It is a great software, user friendly, efficient and my top choice when interacting with customers when I need to see their screen.

It's quick and and audio and video quality is so good.

Well, they should have an integration to edit a document or any file during our video conferencing.

It's helping me to connect with my international clients, quick connect with employees or team.

It´s very beginner friendly and as simple as it can be. Also it is usable for free.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection is usually very good, and there are many great features, including breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Make sure that the web version of Zoom works very well (although I think it does) so that download is not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect virtually with others for business or for pleasure. Screen sharing allows for great virtual presentations.
Great app for remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great app for holding remote meetings with my colleagues. Great sound and visual. Easy to set up and send meeting invites. The most common platform most use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the application. I have always had an easy and positive experience using the application. Can't even comment on any improvements because I thinks it's fabulous as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to conduct my job remotely by holding meetings. These can be organised at the last minute too. They reduce travel time which increases efficiency within my role.

Nothing much. I don't like as such anything.
