Very good app for conferencing even for kids online classes

Best thing about zoom is user friendly interface

Voice disruption occurs sometimes but that could be due to network issues

It helps students, employees and organisations attending meetings virtually or creating virtual classrooms

What do you like best about the product?
The way we are able to work together as a team through Zoom. We meet daily with our group of directors through zoom and it allows us to conduct meetings remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have issues at times with sound not working. For example, other employees cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. This is the only issue we have encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing employees to work remotely but still working as a team in constant communication. This has made not being in the office still beneficial to our employees and our company.

Zoom works with less internet speed, too + very nice features, especially on desktop app.
I like the filters. It makes you more presentable and is good for external + internal collaboration.

I dislike the fact that web app doesn't provide with all the features that are available on apps of android and desktop. It would be great addition!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving bringing in collaboration across the world both personally and professionally, along with providing cool filters and lenses which help in being more authentic and fun. Another app integration is great too.

It is a good interaction and meeting tool and can hold up too many people on the call as possible without fail or crashing.

It cranks up when the internet is weak and when it is over crowded

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become a way of life, since it is one of the primary forms of communication in my organization. My team uses it for meetings and I use it as a key component in the orientation I facilitate. It is simply just a way of life, and I've grown accustomed to it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can be glitchy. It will give me trouble opening a meeting sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me when communicating with my team and collaborating on projects. Also, I am able to facilitate the orientation session I host for new hires in our organization. Everyone can hear and see me clearly.

What I like about zoom is that I can request for a remote access and it has a break out rooms,

I do not think there is something to dislike about zoom because it has a nice feature but it would be better if the free mee would be more than 40 minutes.

There are some web conferencing platforms that do not have a remote access which is difficult for me to request a remote whenever I need it.

You can connect with anyone anywhere whenever you need to and everyone knows about it.

If you do not have an account your calls cannot be longer than an hour.

I can communicate with people, share my screen. It either educates better or helps me understand easier.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can change settings and various other things in zoom fir certain meetings, other software doesn't allow you to do that of have various changes per meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tge resolution on tge video is bad and that there is no way to actually fix it. You just have to use it and turn off video and turn it back on too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would hope the video calls resolution as this is a pain in the ass. So if they could resolve that would be great. Also, the global settings don't always sinc right too.

zoom is great for virtual meetings and its not hard to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how the "free" version" only provides 30 mins before it cuts you off when the prompts say you can schedule a 45 min meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom can get everyone to meet simultaneously, no matter the location. And this is very helpful for meetings, so no one misses a beat! and screen sharing is fantastic for those situations that need a visual walk through.
