Zoom review, From the perspective of a IT Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for people with very little knowledge about tech to host a call or class. Especially community classes or religious lessons. Zoom has been a goto tool during the covid Pandemic
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom mostly requires an application installed to work most of the time. That can be challenging for someone who has just gotten the link and wants to join the session ASAP. The web version is mostly laggy. I find the web version from mobile not intuitive as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked as a part-time teacher. During the first hit of the Covid pandemic in 2020, getting students to class was a challenge. Zoom came to the rescue with an easy to use interface (Windows application) and the ability to share the link in Whatsapp or telegram.
Easy and Effective platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can send and receive messages through Zoom chat. Also what I like with zoom is that it doesn't remove old chats so I can go back to it from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with zoom that are manageable. There are sometimes that the Zoom meeting room are being congested and it is hard to enter some meeting rooms. Also, there are some lags on the app but one this I know it is manageable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to meetings Zoom help us to save time and start as soon as possible by doing virtual meetings. It benefit us specially for us single moms who needs to do personal things while on meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Zoom is the breakout room feature. It made conducting group meetings at work and school way easier. It has all the capabilities you need to run smooth meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I did not like about Zoom was that I had to restart my computer a lot. It made my computer slow, and made other apps slow. It wasted my time and energy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of not being able to have meetings in person with my team. I oversee a group of 20 individuals so this allowed us all to be on the same page.

Zoom is a great meeting platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and easy to learn. My team uses it as a means to host events, work collaboratively and track client meetings. Compared to other vendors like Skype, Zoom is much more functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Zoom is widely used, the HubSpot integration doesn't always track meetings accurately within our sales team. It's a point we have to work through as we consider future integrations with other platforms like ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a fast and reliable way to meet clients and work collaboratively. We use it constantly to hop on calls and it helps the team to feel more connected. Zoom could use a quick call feature similar to Skype or Slack and that would be a major enhancement.

What do you like best about the product?
All the options it provides me and I can have at hand, simplifying all the work for me. Thus making me much more productive and efficient in the work I have to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have any reason to stop using Zoom's services. They always provide effective customer service, keep all services active and available. The response time is quite short when it comes to resolving any unforeseen issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of response time in terms of video conferencing. Call stability in poor network coverage is excellent. The support is one of the best and they are always at the forefront of the present.
Peculiar meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because of the capability to host an extended amount of participants in only one single meeting at the same time, enabling large groups of attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
For this particular question, I would mention that for the mobile application. I noticed that if the mobile phone is lost, anyone can access the meeting with two-factor authentication.

It has helped a lot to:

Zoom Conference Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
At my current employer, we are actively using Zoom Rooms to support our executive and daily meetings. We also leverage Zoom Rooms to support our client conferences and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Zoom does not have a great MDM solution in place. We were attempting to leverage this feature since JAMF is giving us a roadblock that we can't seem to get past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe they're implementing a more stable back-end infrastructure to support the front-end experience for their customers. Over the past year that I've worked on the product, it's proven to be more durable and reliable during our conferences for both internal and external events.
Remote work is better with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy and friendly. You can schedule an online meeting in minutes and it works really well even with some itinerancy connection. This is life-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has a glitch, but it doesn't happen often. I 've experienced this bug just like 3 or 4 times in just a full calendar year. Some teammates are having the glitch more often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online meetings. BEfore zoom I needed to go to the office all the time, now we can have all our meetings via zoom and I can work 100% remotely. This is the best thing for me to do.
