What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to navigate and became an indispensable tool during the pandemic.

It has excellent meeting features that cater to various collaboration needs. From video conferences and screen sharing to virtual whiteboards and breakout rooms.

The free version is well-equipped to provide the basic requirements for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any significant issues with Zoom since using the software. It has continued to make positive changes since I became familiar with it.

A Zoom tour demonstrating usage upon first opening the application would make things easier for older users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for remote meetings has become extremely important, and Zoom has provided the software necessary to execute high-quality remote meetings with excellent features that replicate actions that would take place face-to-face.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom for a lot of features that make conference meetings on it less stressful. The recording feature on Zoom has been one of my best features, ad it allows us to record all our conversations.

I like the breakout rooms on Zoom. I can have different Teams have meeting in Zoom at the same time. It helps me work effectively with my all my Engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the limit set by Zoom. That the number of people Zoom can accommodate at a seating. It is so small.

I don't like that my free time on Zoom is 35 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves online virtual meeting problems.
I use it for almost all my online meeting

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that the free version is very limited to time and access to paid features.

The Industry Standard in Virtual Communication

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest and most compatible video conferencing software I have ever used. Skype was clunky and google charges way too much. Zoom has become a verb just like "google."
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could look better. The one thing google has on zoom is that zoom has too much dark space. It isn't as pleasing to use as other platforms. It does function better, but it could look better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to teaching courses and integrating video conferencing, zoom wins the day. We use panapto at the school I teach at and zoom connect wonderfully with videos being stored on Panapto automatically.

So easy I use it every day

What do you like best about the product?
Many people are familiar with it. Those unfamiliar with it can easily use a link sent from my account to join a video meeting. The chat feature is something we use routinely at work to send messages across offices and teams. Integration into Outlook is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the whiteboard as a drawing tool is okay, though not a great replacement for a physical whiteboard. I cannot think of a way to improve it, though. Nothing is wrong with it (and I like that multiple people can use it), except for feeling cumbersome in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives everyone access for hybrid work meetings; Accessibility for Closed Captioning and transcription; Allows for easy chat among people on my team; Allows recording of material for later use.

What do you dislike about the product?
When just sharing screens in the same room and the computer thinks you are speaking when muted so you get an alert.

Flexibility of working remote.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has established itself as one of the leading video conferencing and communication platforms, and it's easy to see why. Having extensively used Zoom, I can confidently say that there are several aspects that I appreciate about this platform. Here are the features that I like best about Zoom:

User-Friendly Interface: Zoom offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for both beginners and experienced users to navigate. The layout is well-organized, with essential controls easily accessible. From joining meetings to scheduling and managing calls, Zoom's interface is designed for simplicity and efficiency.

Seamless Video and Audio Quality: Zoom excels in providing high-quality video and audio during meetings. The platform uses advanced compression algorithms to ensure smooth video streaming, even under varying network conditions. The audio clarity is impressive, allowing participants to communicate effectively without any noticeable delays or distortion.

Broad Range of Features: Zoom offers an extensive suite of features that enhance the overall meeting experience. Features such as screen sharing, chat, virtual backgrounds, and breakout rooms facilitate collaboration and engagement. Additionally, Zoom provides a recording option, allowing participants to capture important meetings for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting Fatigue and Attention Management: Many users have experienced increased meeting fatigue due to the prevalence of virtual meetings, including those conducted on Zoom. The back-to-back nature of meetings and the challenges of maintaining attention and engagement in a virtual setting can be mentally exhausting for some individuals.

Bandwidth and Network Requirements: Zoom's performance heavily relies on a stable internet connection. Users with limited bandwidth or slower internet speeds may encounter issues such as video freezing, audio disruptions, or dropped calls. Network conditions and the quality of internet connections can affect the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance and Geographic Barriers: Zoom overcomes the limitations of physical distance by enabling real-time audio and video communication. It allows people from different locations to connect and collaborate seamlessly, regardless of their geographic location. This is particularly beneficial for remote teams, distributed organizations, and individuals who need to connect with colleagues, clients, or partners around the world.

Flexible and Remote Work: With the rise of remote work, Zoom provides a reliable platform for virtual meetings, conferences, and presentations. It enables teams to collaborate effectively, conduct meetings from home or remote locations, and maintain productivity without the need for physical office spaces. This flexibility benefits individuals by reducing commuting time, increasing work-life balance, and improving overall efficiency.

Best video conferencing platform

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly and reliable. The recordings are nice quality to save for playing later. The customer representative for our business is always helpful. We rarely have issues with anyone joining a Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were different options for bundling to get the necessary package at a cost-effective price. Our standard Zoom account is very reasonable, but we must pay an additional $50 a month to ensure 100 or more participants can join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for our team to live remotely across Texas and have the ability to conduct meetings at any time. With the quality recordings, we post some of our webinars so customers can watch at their convenience.
