What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is it offers dependable audio and video conferencing with high quality. Meeting with clients and partners is made easy when using zoom. You can record the meeting, host or event and share hosting with other participants. Sharing screens for presentation is also smooth; you don't have to worry about possible glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. So far Zoom is one of my favorite video conferencing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping my sales and marketing teams and me when presenting to clients. We used it in our internal meetings and meetings with our partners and clients. It offers smooth recording, presentation sharing and hosting/co-hosting.

I don't like the GUI and , my personal opinion is need some improvements in GUI.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of this tool in our organization helped us to create direct connections with our costumers. Setting up call is very easy using this tool. It's chat features helps me to share links to let all other attendees very easily to see what I am referencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have observed complaint about it's video & audio quality. It gets blurry images during video calls & audio quality also not good. Need to improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software interface is very easy to operate, it helps us to work smoothly & supervise projects without having to physically interfere. It helps us save the cost that even compromising with the quality of work.

It should be noted that Zoom is an easy-to-use application, not to mention better audio and video quality than other video conferencing platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I wouldn't say I like the limited call duration time is concise as The free version of Zoom has some limitations, such as the maximum length of meetings and the number of participants and In the past, Zoom has had security and privacy issues, such as the fact that some sessions were not password protected, which allowed anyone to join them. However, the company has worked to improve its security and privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Zoom is it's easy to use. I mainly use it for my presentations and meetings with clients and so far, I haven't had any problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is that I can't access it via browser, only by using the app. It's kinda hassle, especially if I wanna use my browser for it. Hopefully it will be available in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are in a work-from-home setup, Zoom solves our communication problems. It benefits me in the way that I can present my work in meetings without any hassle or problems.

An amazing software for conferencing

It is seamless to use and has a very user friendly UI which makes it a go-to software for all conferencing needs.

Nothing as of now, just that it does not allow to minimize the conference link

Zoom is solving all our tele-conferencing needs and also helps us to have client meetings over it, and the seamless option of screensharing acts as a key in our meetings.

I like that you can set backgrounds on Zoom. It keeps whatever setting you're in a more professional look, which I appreciate greatly.
