Well the thing is the hiccups I constantly face trying to join meetings using link that sometimes don't work

There are so many products available that it becomes challenging to determine which one is the best choice.

It is easy to connect with people who are far away, which saves a lot of time. It also improves coordination with multiple stakeholders, eliminating the need to reach out to each person individually.

Zoom offers a solid application for video conferencing. It is very user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to access and operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to be the primary host, you must have a Zoom account. Otherwise, you can't assign someone else as the primary host. I don't like this feature because I think I should be able to give this permission to any participant I choose, regardless of whether they have a Zoom account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was searching for a better video conferencing application that included a cloud recording feature. Then I discovered Zoom, which completely met my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for daily team meetings, remote troubleshooting, screen sharing, and collaboration with internal staff and external vendors. As an IT professional, I value it for its stability, ease of deployment, user-friendly interface, and features like screen control, breakout rooms, and meeting management. Honestly, I like that it just works. It’s easy to use, meetings start quickly, and screen sharing is smooth. It just makes working together easier. We can jump on a call, share screens, and sort things out quickly instead of dragging things out over messages or emails. It was fairly easy since most people already knew how to use Zoom, getting started didn’t take much effort. I’d recommend it because it’s reliable, easy to use, and works well for everyday meetings and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s just a lot of meetings, and it can feel a bit overwhelming. Also, quality can dip if someone’s connection isn’t great. Helping reduce unnecessary meetings and making it easier to keep calls usable on weaker internet would go a long way. Better defaults and smarter quality adjustments would really help.

I like how Zoom Workplace combines everything in one platform, so I don't need separate apps for messaging, meetings, phone calls, etc. This centralized setup makes navigation and usage easy and quick, boosting my productivity during active meetings. The built-in AI is also really helpful. It can summarize meetings, generate drafts, find useful information quickly, and take notes for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was really quick for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app performance and speed could be improved and the collaboration features aren't best compared to others like Google Workspace or Notion.
