Its easy to schedule a quick meeting and have lots of features. zoom's AI feature is one of the best- no need to write down the points, after the meeting a good summary with next action items also comes, which really helps in saving time and coordinating next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom have lots of background filters, but the blur option not supporting in all devices. Would be nice if zoom have that feature irrespective of devices.

I could easily connect with anyone and convey my points and even present my ideas by screen sharing and also Ai notes helps me in saving my time as they already summarise it and gives the notes on next steps.

The tiered benefits are a bit outside the price range for small businesses that may require them. Also changes to how support is contacted keeps changing so that needs to be regularly investigated.

Convenient and readily accessible videoconferencing tool where guests are not required to have accounts to use the tool or join meetings. The option to join meetings from the browser is invaluable. The included AI tools also expedite meeting notes and summaries improving productivity and next steps.
