Excellent Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helped me perform my work during the new normal era. Comparing it to the other platforms, I prefer using Zoom because I find it features intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside but more of personal preference. I just hate paying for things online but I understand because at the end of the day, the application made our lives easier and I guess its just right for us to spend a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made things a lot easier, especially when connecting with people at work around the worlf. Let's all be honest, Zoom is one of the first application introduced to most of us
Great tool for meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate all the options available. I often coordinate calls for others that I'm not a part of. Zoom makes it easy to set up and track. I also love all the backgrounds and filters available... makes meetings more enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out the options available was a bit challenging. While they provide a ton of information to learn everything, it can be a bit overwhelming and confusing to sort through. Also, my clients want it sent in a calendar invite. I haven't seen that I can do that, so I have to schedule it on my Outlook calendar and send it from there as a meeting. And because I'm coordinating the meeting between prospects and clients, wanting to keep their info private from one another, I have to send two invitations which now reside on my calendar even though I'm not attending. It's a lot of steps that seem unnecessary. I'd love to discover there's an easier way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to coordinate meetings between prospective clients and current clients for references.
Zoom Innovative Virtual Meeting Channel
What do you like best about the product?
With Zoom, I can connect with clients virtually globally with zero issues. I can record my meetings and send them to my clients to reference later. Additionally, I love that I can email my clients the invitation link and they can easily click on it to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had any difficulty with Zoom; the software is excellent and innovative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During tax season, some of my clients are either busy or out of the country but need to file their taxes, and with Zoom, I can schedule a virtual meeting and share my screen to explain their tax situation. Zoom makes the whole experience more professional and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom overall but I love new figure where you can take over the screen of the other user. I am IT person. It is helpful when my remote desktop is not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how zoom limits one hour meeting for standard user. I am sometimes use for group calls for my non profit org and I have to send new link if our meeting goes over an hour

Zoom solved many problem. Ever since we starting working from home, Zoom has be god. My company recently started using team but I used zoom for couple year now.

Provide service on a payment basis, one has to purchase it to use it.

Multiple people can join at once, best meeting platform, and good video quality

Excellent alternative to meeting in person. Save time and expense involved in traveling.

I do not have any complaints. Excellent product.

The cost of travelling. I can also meet with my client at any time that is mutually convenient.

Zoom allows me to interact with people at work & it also facilitates my schooling.
The Best Meeting Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage. I have also never encountered an issue personally with the Zoom tool itself, it always works as intended. There are even some fun options to include filters, backgrounds, etc which have made some internal meetings a little more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have heard of some issues with others outside of my organization integrating with their tech stack.

I Think Zoom Is a Leader in Videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
During Covid, I could not have done my work without Zoom. It is reliable, offers security features, and my clients were comfortable to adopt it. I like the way it integrates with scheduling programs and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I received notice about a software update when I needed to join a scheduled call. This caused me to be late a few times. I didn't expect that. But I adapted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more flexibility in connecting with clients and colleagues who are not local to me. I am able to connect with people in other countries at any time. I can add security features.
Zoom has been life-changing for teaching writing!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a multi-campus college, and having the option for Zoom meetings has given us so much more opportunity to host events that accommodate schedules/locations for faculty/students who never would have otherwise met!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only snafu I have dealt with is the issue of the registration link: when a secretary sets up a meeting and makes you a host, you can't then register. But you also don't have the original link. So that can create a problem when you can't access your own meeting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to teach remotely and absolutely love it. Teaching writing on Zoom is actually far better than teaching it in the classroom where not all students have devices.
