Simplifies Remote Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, reliable, and great for large groups. The breakout feature is great for small group learning within a larger setting
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing with video without a second monitor gets a bit clunky - it's hard to navigate the different toolbars you have to hide in order to see your own screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote training for work was a breeze - I was still able to have a very interactive training process and get to know people through the break out room functionality

Zoom makes it possible to incorporate multiple people across the organization or business to come together on a moment's notice if needed. The convenience of having a meeting a the " drop of a hat" is not only convenient but time-saving!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches that prevent others from joining the meeting but usually, those disruptions are due to internet issues and not the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing ways to meet and interact with multiple entities with ease. There is not a need to bring people together in a physical location, because this can be accomplished via Zoom.

As mentioned earlier, one of the best tools to connect with colleagues during the torrid times of WFH

I don't have any complains about Zoom. It is just fantastic.

Team meetings and screen sharing has helped to a great extend during WFH times.
Zoom changed the game
What do you like best about the product?
I like having team meetings on zoom. It's hard getting all my parents to come sometimes since I reside in LA .My cheerleaders are able to sit there with their parents when we do meetings via zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I think zoom should automatically mute everyone joining the meeting. It's gives people an option and I dont like that very much. It's frustrating when people join unmuted and don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a I stated before my team has a hard time getting everyone face to face. So zoom helps with that problem because we can have meetings virtually so everyone can show up.

Not too many downsides. It's sometimes a bit laggy but overall it's a great system.

Being able to connect with any team members or external parties who are remote within a matter of seconds.
