Excellent platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Meeting is an excellent platform for video conferencing and online meetings. Zoom has a screen-sharing feature in which I can share or present my screen to others to communicate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times when Zoom meetings don't work well with my internet, I'll randomly be dropped from zoom calls without any warning. Not even able to share my screen for few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom meeting helps people stay connected so they can do more together. From meetings, chat, phone, and webinars to online event and conference room systems etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use such as sharing link and join the video conference. And also sound quality and video quality is good. It also offers variety of meeting settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are no dislikes about it but the basic version allows less people at a time so I think you guys can upgrade this feature so this can be disadvantage in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very helpful at covid periods and also at work places for client meetings. It is compatible with different operating systems such as windows and android.

What do you like best about the product?
The best mode of a video call and we can also send emojis and chat. It is helpful for the interviewer to send a link to the interviewee, which takes a minute only.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want zoom to be like a watsapp. Where we can do video call at any time without sharing the invitation and also at any time we can do chat and share views to each other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies that don't have much budget to purchase Microsoft Office 365, so I think Zoom is beneficial to them for doing the virtual meeting free of cost. So It is an easy method of a virtual meeting.
Productive conferences and work platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the key to productivity. It encapsulates all essential features for daily work life, like meetings, quick calls, and instant chats. You can converse with one or several people at the same time. Zoom is a cross-platform app allowing you to talk with people on your mobile if you're away from your laptop or computer. During the pandemic, Zoom became the #1 software for all business needs as its features cater heavily to producing high yields and maintaining a healthy level of communication. Its user-friendliness paved the way to make an easier transition from on-site work to remote work. With intuitive tools like screen-sharing and online whiteboarding, we can collaborate on software coding and producing content as a team. You can communicate through multiple means like calling, voice chatting, video chatting, messages, and scheduling meetings. The clarity of video in conferences is exceptional. The audio quality is impeccable, ensuring that no word spoken is misheard or unclear. Meetings are the most beneficial aspect of Zoom as they allow people to join them from anywhere, including web browsers. When we want to meet with partners who aren't predominant Zoom users, we can just send them the URL and code, using which they can join us on their browsers. Last but not least, Zoom is integratable with many software to form a complete workforce solution.

There's nothing I've found to dislike about Zoom so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our complete workforce solution, through which we work in collaboration remotely. We have dedicated rooms for different teams and project work, making it easier to manage discussions and files shared and communicate effectively. Zoom is intuitive to use, especially on mobile phones, which is handy as we use it whenever we're away from our computers to share quick messages and notify one another regarding business conferences with our partners. It was an immensely helpful addition to our arsenal during the lockdowns when we couldn't work on-site due to heavy restrictions. To date, Zoom has made it convenient to handle all calls and route them as needed, enabling customer support services directly with the engineers. Conversing with overseas business associates is seamless, as we can schedule meetings that are convenient for any timezone. Although we don't work in the same floor anymore, we use subtitutes like screen-sharing to enhance our work sessions. Although we haven't spent much on Zoom, the ROI has been exceptional thus far.
The best video conference app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has everything. You can share screens, and whiteboards, have multiple people, and mute them (if that is the case), it doesn't have a limit (if you pay), it's the best app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the update of the app is on the sidebar. They are annoying.

We're 100% remote, so we communicate this way.

Zoom and it's best feature
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful in an easy way. Zoom always meet my expectations when it comes to meetings, huddle, or simple conversations that need an on-screen meet-up. Zoom is a great app during the pandemic and it's very easy to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the volume settings cause sometimes it's not working even you are in a high volume and when you check it on settings it's working but nonetheless still manageable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to communicate in my daily activities and even in my work. Zoom gives me an opportunity to save time to spend meetings or huddles at home instead of going everywhere to meet someone. It benefits me a lot nowadays since we are still in pandemic and easy and very safe to use.
Zoom a platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
We were on Microsoft teams before but when zoom gained popularity during the first lockdown and we got to know that zoom was much more user friendly than any other video conferencing platform available and that too at the cheapest cost
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, there was a news which mentioned about privacy breach but it was clarified that all of it was a hoax and there was no base for any such news at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it became a desperate need when lockdown was imposed and every organisation needed to handle their works even while sitting at home and smooth transition from normal to work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most used and the most reliable video conference application , the thing i most like about zoom the easy to acceess interface , the security and bandwith
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that i dislike but the login process takes a lot of time , sometime sthe connection ping takes a lkt of time ,not knowing if we have logged in to the meet or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom UI is too classic for todays design ,its something which can be further developed.

Useful for performances , meetings, and backgrounds for greens screen type stuff.
What do you like best about the product?
backgrounds are easy and if you have a green screen they work really well. View can be different and is adjustable for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few problems of meetings cutting peoples audio and video off or buffering sort of. but not too often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performances. They even let people do 40 minute sessions for free during the pandemic and I think they still have that.
