During pandemic, time zoom helped me a lot to communicate with my collegue virtually

Easy to use. Allows for remote teams to connect / the app features are a fun addition!

If my team doesn't have the upgraded subscription they can't conduct meetings over 40 mins

Remote team with members all across the US. Able to come to together and exchange ideas in real time.

in many differents way it has helped me with school and getting taught things but also helped me with my training at work and that is something that was so important in my life

What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial for communication with my colleague and friends. Easy to share my screen and give access to them. Even in my company, I use Zoom regularly in my office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not face any difficulties while using this application. Even I can record the whole session. It is beneficial for me. So, I do not have any negative points while using this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not face any problems while using this application. Recording options, screen sharing and access to the opposite person benefit me even though it has many user-friendly options.
Easy & Helpful for work meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
After the pandemic, Zoom has been a great help for our company to keep the weekly group meetings and kick offs with clients on track. Easy to use with useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limit on Free accounts. :) There is a 45 min ~ one hour time limit for meetings if you don't have a paid subscription plan that sometimes makes it hard but understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly group meetings between team members to go through on going projects. Also first kick off meetings with potential clients that help start projects for the company.

The meeting closes after a certain time if you dont pay for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving long distance communication. You can save time and resources by not commuting to have a meeting, class, etc. I sometimes have a lot of things to do during the day so having zoom meetings definitely helps me save time

What do you like best about the product?
I work in an industry where meetings are a day-to-day thing. Zoom helps me stay in touch with my clients and never fails me. It makes meets seamless and makes scheduling them hassle free!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say I do not like about Zoom is that sometimes I have to turn off my camera while I am in a meeting for the system to catch up and then I can turn it back on. But this only happens on days I have a ton of meetings.

Business meetings and client consultations. I work remotely so I can meet with my clients in another country effortlessly and never have to be in the same country.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is available across all platforms and devices and OS and can be used from the web also; it has a free version also, which lets you save a lot of costs and help improve connectivity. The app is very useful for inter-team as well as across-team communications and very useful in the work-from-home scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit is really annoying, and there is no pop-up warning of the time running out. Security issues exist, and hackers might simply access the data. The software performs poorly on connections with low bandwidth, whereas many other apps streamline the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a tool that we utilize for IT troubleshooting. We begin with a phone call, and if that isn't sufficient, we click on the camera, jump on a screen share, and ask the other person for the remote control. It's so simple. It serves as a help desk tool as well as a communication tool.
Super easy and convenient especially when I used it during COVID 19 for my college courses
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing for doing group work and doing interviews for work. Also got to do a one-on-one with two of my favorite actors in the world during the pandemic and I absolutely love Zoom. Also used it for a virtual college graduation party!

Nothing. Zoom is great and simple to use.

Long distance calls with my family in Australia. A way to do virtual interviews for work as needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because it is extremely intuitive. I work with adult students, sometimes elderly, and Its not uncommon for them to figure out where to go on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like about zoom is how different the interface can be across different devices, especially when it comes to Share settings and annotate settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Zoom solves for me the best is the ability to control an entire classroom full of students. I have access to mute and video functions and can spotlight people and save the chat. Things that come in super handy when lesson planning for the next term.
