Easy to use and works well
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, good quality, good options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web portal can be messy. New features are added all the time and it can be difficult to find things I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid, mobile workforce and Zoom Workplace makes it possible for us to collaborate effectively.

Zoom Workplace has extensive features can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, high-quality video and audio demand significant bandwidth, which may cause connectivity problems for users with slower internet speeds. The cost of premium plans can also be relatively high for small businesses or individual users needing advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several key problems by providing a reliable platform for virtual communication and collaboration. It addresses the challenge of remote work by offering high-quality video and audio for meetings, seamless screen sharing, and interactive tools like breakout rooms, which enhance productivity and engagement. What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is great as it allows us to schedule zoom calls from our calendar and use the team chat to share discussion notes. Our marketing team uses the surveys function during their webinars which allows them to gather much needed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace doesn't have much to dislike, the only complaint would be the pricing, if it were a bit cheaper it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we work mostly remotely, all of our work meetings are conducted via zoom, so it's an essential part of our business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great software for productivity for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is getting everyone set up in Zoom and integrated with our workforce. I wish there were ways to integrate Zoom with our onboarding system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a series business need in being able to host large video conferences for our projects. It's also great for onboarding new staff through virtual classroom and screen sharing.

The ease to schedule a meeting through the Google Calendar

The audit logs it provides from a security standpoint are not verbose enough for admin actions.

Zoom is great
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for work and I love it a lot. I like screen sharing and I like the live translation capabilities. Way more intuitive that other online meeting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The caption service could be more accurate. I'd like there to be a native timer. I liked the emoji's how they were where it was animated in the corner. I don't like that things get moved around after each update. The audio to speakers mic and sharing audio I notice gets wonky. I don't know that I like chat that continues and is accessible from prior meetings, not great for confidentiality. I like it is a possibility, so turn off unless turned on, vs what it is right now.

Teaching online and even socializing with friends. TREMENDOUS. And please keep the cost this rate or lower. It is making access great
Zoom makes things easier with remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily I can use the remote in feature when helping the end user. And the remote feature works great. Also, Zoom admin is easy to use when issuing out licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there is a lag with remote. but that could just be an internet issue. Sometimes in Zoom admin it is hard ot find a feature to enable or disable because there is so many not categroize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a mac and windows shop. So not everyone has RDP on their laptops. Zoom allows us to get get into the usuers laptop and fix things and update things. It has made my job way easier.
Zoom Works like a Charm!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really allows you to be with your team and communicate. It is super easy to use for meetings, presentations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have encountered is when my internet is slow.

Our team is remote so we really needed something that we could communicate quickly with the team, via Chat, as well as ensure our weekly meetings were productive.
Zoom Workplace is an essential tool for my work life.
What do you like best about the product?
As a full-time remote worker I use Zoom Workplace several times a week. I like the new intuitive design; it looks bright and "happy." It's very easy to use. It starts right away when I click links that I or others have set up. Sharing my screen or documents, Chat, Captioning, Reactions - they all work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most video conferencing, there are still problems when two people try to speak at the same time. something gets cut off and you have to go back and start again with what you were saying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Half of our staff work remotely. Zoom Workplace helps us to connect and not feel so isolated. sharing files and editing or working on documents is important for us; it's easy to do this in Zoom.

Easy to use. The sound is clear. The features are easy to use.
