Zoom provides reliable and controllable meetings for our church
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up meetings, invite people to meetings, and control the meeting while it is happening. The controls are very intuitive and easy to locate in the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I almost never use the 'speaker' view, that jumps back and forth depending on who is speaking. I imagine this is a hard thing to get right, but it almost never works. I just use the multi-view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved our need to continue having meetings while more people are working off-site. Several times we had to cancel in-person meetings last minute, and we were easily able to jump on Zoom and have the meeting.
How we make working remotely in sales work
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom daily for sales calls, team meetings, and more and it's a large part of how we build relationships on a fully remote team. It's easy to share screens, links easily with our calendar invites, and is even connected to our marketing tools for people booking demos online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could purchase the webinar functionality for future months vs. needing to pay for several months of webinar functionality to build an audience for our webinars that are a few months away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us connect - to our prospects, our customers, and our team. Being a fully remote team that lives across the country, it's the tool that gives us the facetime we need to build and strengthen relationships.
User friendly and multi-functional
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use compared to other video conferencing tools. As a musician, I also had the most success using zoom with other music/audio software to best optimize music making with minimal latency. Although nothing replaces in-person music making, Zoom was the easiest platform to integrate other software to maximize this experience. Additionally, as an educator, I enjoyed the break-out room functions of zoom and the ability to share a screen and/or use a whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of zoom is the limited functionalities for the free version. You are restricted to 40minute meetings, there is a capacity to how many people join a meeting, and overall there are connection issues that are dependent on your connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Zoom did a great job of addressing the issue of breakout rooms and the ability to integrate other software. This has helped me immensely over the past year.
Intuitive Platform with a Variety of Options
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom is intuitive and seamless. Screen sharing is easy and seamless. Unlike Teams, I can use it on any of my devices, even if I am not logged it (unless I am hosting).
What do you dislike about the product?
While I dislike updates that are required to use the platform are terrible, Zoom does a good job of giving plenty of time and warning before mandatory updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with people when I previously would only be able to have a phone call. The sharing screen option has been invaluable at times when needing to explain piping layout changes to clients hundreds of miles away.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, very easy to navigate and to schedule Zoom calls
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as of today. I have had no issues using the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't know about any updates. So far I have no complaints. For me it has been easy to set up and edit Zoom calls as long as u can forward the info to invited guests
Overall a Great Service to Connect With Others!
What do you like best about the product?
I currently offer an online course and I use Zoom to hold live monthly group Q&A sessions with my students. I like the ease of setting up meetings and sending out invitations to all of my students so that they can be aware of the meetings and join in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve for Zoom for both presenters and meeting participants. I also don't like not being able to unmute participants, I have to ask them to unmute themselves. For those who are not great at using Zoom it may take them some time to figure out how to unmute themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have students all across the county and it would obviously be difficult setting up live, in-person meetings for these students on a monthly basis! Using Zoom makes it possible for us to easily meet virtually!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for all types of users, computers, and overall good quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike not having an option for a countdown timer access in the corner; Previously dislike the inability to have a calender sync for invites...

Connection ease with national and international clients; convenient accessibility how it easily works on my iPhone as well as computer
Zoom is a great tool to keep connected during challenging times
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and easy to use. I like that you can have a meeting with colleagues even if they are at a distance. I also like the annotate feature so that everyone can add in their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep an eye on the waiting room when presenting a meeting but that doesn't make Zoom bad or inadequate. I don't have any negative remarks about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to stay connected with those who are not able to join meetings in person. It is a great tool when needing to be out of the office to stay connected with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of zoom is the zoom rooms.I like that you can switch between hosts adn waht not. I also like the aspect of being able to invite ppl to a zoom room via tap
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that working with zoom rooms you cant BYOD, we also have switch but it seems to need resetting as well as needing a speical driver to use screen with macs

They helped us with the mac swytch issue , we were able download to displaylink driver so that we could use it
Zoom makes collaboration easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes collaboration in my remote work environment so easy. I love the chat function -- and that I can chat with partners at other orgs too. The functionality within the Zoom interface is great and makes it straightforward to share content and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google calendar never works quite well -- even when I select my work calendar when prompted, it always opens my personal calendar, without fail.

In a remote environment, connecting with colleagues can be challenging but Zoom makes it possible not to just see each other but to really make it feel like we are working together.
