zoom is always being the best option when it comes to video conference.
What do you like best about the product?
Hello, I m Babul and I m working in a pvt company where everyday i have to attend meeting over video conference and I found "Zoom" app to be best option for this. I can access this Zoom app easily and can connect with everyone more smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike in "Zoom" app is screen sharing delay, lack of comment control,HD video quality not so good, over battery consumption and low quality audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"zoom" app is best for video conference as it is very easy to use and mostly accessible by companies, institutions and individuals and businesses for day to day meeting purposes and online classes became too easier in Zomm app. The problem that Zoom app is solving is It makes every meeting ,online sessions nd classes easier and enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most fantastic meeting platform I have used. It can host webinars for a wide range of audiences. The best part is the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes hangs, and there are issues with audio connectivity. Also, it does not provide an upfront option to change the dial-in type.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate and does the job. Highly recommend meetings and training.

Nothing. I have always had a great experience with Zoom.

Great when we cannot meet physically and need to address items. Also great when we need to train on something and employees are at different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is free and available on many platforms. You can use it on stationary devices like your computer or portable devices like phones, tablets, etc. Zoom is universal and can be used to message, call, and meet with anyone anywhere. You can schedule your meetings from Zoom or through the web browser on the Zoom website. With plugins for browsers and an excellent push notification system, Zoom alerts you instantly of meeting invitations, messages, private calls, and files received. It's a fantastic software for remote work and meetings, as a perfect substitute for in-office and in-person communications. Zoom is excellent for multitasking between multiple apps, as you can integrate them with your Zoom client. You can micromanage daily tasks with notes and whiteboards, which you can use to create charts and graphs to stay on the same page with your team. You can share presentations on Zoom seamlessly, giving each participant interactive tools such as hand-raising, pausing, rewinding, and participation in polls. Zoom allows file-sharing with up to 500MB per file, making it convenient to quickly share docs, source codes, and other small-sized text files. Top-notch security is what I like best about Zoom. It ensures your rooms are secure and password-protected, letting you decide who can enter your meetings and join discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Skype, Zoom isn't very effective at blurring your background when using your webcam. But otherwise, I have no complaints about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes connecting and talking to my team members from home during remote work sessions easier. We perform all our daily tasks remotely, for which staying on the same page is required, and Zoom helps us thrive in that regard. Through meetings, screen-shares, file-shares, presentations, and whiteboards, there are no problems we cannot solve using Zoom. Zoom made working easier during the COVID pandemic when most businesses struggled to function. We could move all our client meetings and collaborative work sessions to Zoom and produce seamlessly. Zoom meetings are recordable, so any discussion or media can be recorded via screen-sharing or presentations. App integrations like Mural, Trello and Dropbox help solves problems due to Zoom's limitations, allowing us to collaborate and multitask more efficiently. The quality of meetings on Zoom is excellent, and it's intuitive overall for remote work and meetings usage.
Best user friendly tool for video meetings and screen sharing
What do you like best about the product?
This tool's capability to support screen sharing in one-on-one conversations and group meetings is what I value it the most. For the past few years, I've used Zoom primarily to host video conferences. Although I also use Meet and Google Teams, I much prefer Zoom because it's so easy to use and I've never had any technical problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit for the meetings should be increased to at least an hour. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When conducting training, having good video and audio quality and the ability to screen share with the participants helps me.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI. Detailed menus. Most commonly utilized by sales professionals. Easier to connect, meet, and communicate with external users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag in loading and returning to the main screen. Sometimes there is an audio issue, and the mute button is not responsive at times and needs multiple clicks.

I can schedule meetings ahead of time and I don't have to worry about forgetting them because they automatically pop up on my calendar

There's nothing that I dislike about ZOOM.

Becuase of Covid staff were afraid to meet face to face. Now we can still have meetings in the provacy of our own offices and still discuss important matters or share information

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is it offers dependable audio and video conferencing with high quality. Meeting with clients and partners is made easy when using zoom. You can record the meeting, host or event and share hosting with other participants. Sharing screens for presentation is also smooth; you don't have to worry about possible glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. So far Zoom is one of my favorite video conferencing tool.

Zoom is helping my sales and marketing teams and me when presenting to clients. We used it in our internal meetings and meetings with our partners and clients. It offers smooth recording, presentation sharing and hosting/co-hosting.
