Best User Experience for a Conferencing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom clearly put thought into the design and is very responsive to feedback. Zoom provides numerous resources for improved video experience and is the most accessible of the platforms I have used (including all of their major competitors).
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom top video quality could be improved. Likewise, if you mirror video, it should be optional whether virtual background is also mirrored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to work with students, entrepreneurs, colleagues, and businesses all over the world on a platform even a 4 year old can use (believe me-- my nephew loves it). Zoom is generally less laggy than several of us competitors and has a simpler but effective chat and screenshotting design. Annotation and saving screenshots and chat is a godsend and saved files are cleanly labeled and organized. Reports are also very helpful for tracking interactions.

Zoom has been an easy to use app for providing online yoga content.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection is good and easy to use even for folks who are not tech savvy. The opportunity for it to be used as an open meeting or a presentation are also beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better way to include music that does not interfere with the voice quality and plays smoothly. Trying this has resulted in choppy sound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom came to the rescue when the pandemic started and allowed me to continue to teach yoga classes to my community with very little learning curve. I continue to offer online classes for those who have learned that they love practicing at home.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up meetings. Sending links to clients via email, text, messenger. Can set up reoccurring meetings. Can reacord meeting and share with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients have a hard time connecting to zoom link. Would be nice to be able to get a record of messages in the chat box (sent to email) that would be wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeeting with clients all over the world, being able to give group discussions and even musical performances over Zoom throughout COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to easily connect with online meetings for work and fun while sharing my thoughts in the group chat. I also like being able to upload fun custom wallpapers for my backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when the internet connection lags for me or others in online meetings, and I'd like future versions of Zoom to improve on preventing lags and session cancellations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with people I can't meet in person and talk to them face to face without having to leave home or work. This reduces my travel time and allows me to work and plan better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom can be accessed from anywhere with ease, clients don't need the program to join, and that it is effortless for even the least tech savvy people of the world
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the control interface for larger groups can be irritating, along with the fact that if you are on mobile you have to download the app in order to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making everything easier, mainly the use of bandwidth, that, unlike its counterparts, it only uses a fraction on the bandwith, along with integrating useful tools

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is wonderful to help connect with co-workers across distances. I also really enjoyed the ease of use, especially when it came to creating meeting channels that are frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Zoom, as with anything these days, is the price. Unfortunately, other platforms allow video meetings but do not cost as much or anything at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me work from home and provided adequate supervision to staff members without having to be over their shoulders. This helps to create a more positive work environment in my opinion. Especially when being supervised, it is easier to feel more natural when someone is supervising from the screen than when someone is standing by you supervising.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allowed me to contact with my clients easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big downsides about zoom. I would like it if they would allow me to change the automated language to include Zoom Session and not meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They always have a working interface for me to use. They are always introducing new apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Has the minimum set of functions we need. Other tools may have additional functionality. But all the basics we need, like screen sharing, chat, recording, and breaking out into rooms are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be confusing at times. We might struggle to find how exactly to create rooms for subgroups. We can usually resolve it by Googling a YouTube video to explain it. But it can slow us down or frustrate less tech savvy participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our creative teams are working remotely. This is the best way to collaborate. It's absolutely essential we can see each other's screens and talk through issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule meetings and sync these with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that is difficult to use with Zoom is the "share screen" function. Too often, my colleagues need to leave the meeting to change the setting to allow them to change their screen. It would be great if this could be changed so that no one has to leave the meeting to turn this setting on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule meetings, connect with clients and colleagues, and easily manage schedules. Overall, it makes me more productive at work.

Still the most reliable and effective way to connect virtually

What do you like best about the product?
Like many people, I started using Zoom during the pandemic, and found it met a wealth of needs for remote work. It's easy to use, reliable and effective for everything from group meetings to video interviews. I love being able to schedule meetings in advance, video them, use chat functions and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom largely from my laptop -- I find it a bit more glitchy if I'm using it from my phone. Not sure why, and it's not a major problem since I do more on my laptop, but would love to see it work as well from an iPhone as it does from a laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Zoom connects people easily and quickly for both business and fun. I have used Zoom for business meetings, video interviews, brainstorming sessions and casual cyber get togethers with friends. My Dad (who is 86) runs a big band, and some of their community jobs even stream their concerts on Zoom, making it more accessible to those who enjoy music but may not be able to get to the concert live. I love that Zoom benefits people of all age groups, connecting in a wide variety of ways!
