Great program with integration features
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom at our company and absolutely love its webinar and livestream features. We connect Zoom with Castr in order to livestream to Facebook and YouTube simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Zoom for quite a long time. However, I cannot currently think of any shortcomings or areas that I dislike of the program. It works quite well and suits our needs thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with large internal calls, webinar meetings as well as livestreams (while connected to Castr) allowing us to share our screens while livestreaming to YouTube and Facebook simultaneously.
Easy to use but limitations with free account
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use. I used Skype in the past and the difference is astronomical. Zoom is the pinnacle of video calling
What do you dislike about the product?
40 minute call restriction for the free version. Meetings are usually 30 minutes or 1 hour. I've never heard of a 40-minute meeting. One hour should be the threshold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a gamechanger for us at SRI. The ability to effectively communicate quickly in this increasingly remote world. Our productivity increased greatly when we implemented zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best with Zoom is the way how it makes communication easy for both personal meetings, coachings, or team meetings. This app makes lives really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have anything I dislike about Zoom because it's easy to use. It's user friendly and even older folks that are not tech savvy can use it pretty much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Zoom solved for me are easy communication with my team and the ease of use for sharing screen and hosting webinars. It directly benefits me, my whole team and my clients.

Zoom is great for meetings and getting that face to face time with clients

I've had some technical issues with Zoom not recording meetings and uploading to Chorus but I figured it out

Zoom is bridging the remote work gap and being able to meet with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrations with gmail and slack where I can easily select or use shortcuts to make rapid calls, without loosing time for searching or logging tommy account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a little the integration with google calendar where is different behaviour with using Make it Zoom Meeting, and different when call source is selected.

Rapid connections with colleagues and better quality for conferencing

The number of people that can be at the conferencing meeting.

There certainly is nothing that I dislike about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attending town halls conducted by my organization on my phone on the move has benefitted me quite a lot. I do not tend to miss any meetings as I can log in to the meets via my phone.
Great platform for work and family meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, it allows me to feel closer to my family despite being in different countries, at the work level it also allows me to establish work meetings even with people who are not in the same location, the platform is very interactive and dynamic
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of entering they do not ask you for a password and this can be very insecure for everyone but especially for the children who use it for their class work, since anyone who has the league can enter and can insult us in the chat, share obscene images until they manage to get it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It may be happening that some Zoom update is causing some kind of conflict with the software on your computer, so uninstalling the application and reinstalling it on your device can help correct those errors. You will have to log in again, but it is better than not working correctly, it would be good if it was corrected

design of the zoom can be more userfriendly

we couldn't make online meeting with 550 people, but zoom helped us for this.
A Great Way to Record Podcasts!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use and get set up from the very beginning for making calls with friends, family, or for business contacts. It's great for scheduling meetings and making sure you don't miss them with reminds and an easy link for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a monthly fee with zoom, and if you don't find yourself using it often enough, it can end up costing you more money than expected. It would be great if they had a time allotment payment option, but unfortunately they don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my podcasting, Zoom is a great tool to use. I schedule recording sessions with my voice actors and then can record them in high quality and have each person's recording be individually saved, making it easy for editing together for my podcast.
