Much better than Microsoft Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create calls with individuals outside of my organization. It is Easy to chat with, share documents with other callers, and screen share. I also like using the app for personal calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was clearer if your mic/video camera is on during a call and if your microphone/camera is on before I join a call. Also, make it easier to blur your background
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my organization's members to meet from anywhere in the world, savings us money on airfare and hotel rooms. Zoom allows me to have my employees work from home

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and intuitive to use, and everyone is familiar with it at the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a webinar was somewhat complicated, and making changes to the membership level required an online chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to bring together different stakeholders who, because of schedule or location, cannot meet with us in person.

Easy to understand and industry standard

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is that it has become so standard across many industries that it is the main way we interact and meet with many of our clients. It is very quick and easy to set up and begin using and offers a lot of great richer tools to customize meetings as one needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not always clear what settings have been turned on or off for various meetings at a glance. Another frustration is the clunkiness or at least hassle of needing another member to have a paid in-organization Zoom account to be a back-up host for meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is largely helping us solve in-person meetings. While we typically used to visit clients on-site or have in-person meetings, because of COVID so many of us have switched over to digital meetings. This has been a boon though since now we can work faster and meet quicker with our clients without having to think about travel or other scheduling concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I am able to gather my students from all over the world on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I could think of. It would be nice to have live help button during a session if needed

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows for great collaboration. With a lot of the team being located in different places, it is great to physically see them, share screens, and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio for either myself or other team members often doesn't work properly. We use a lot of meeting time before everything is functioning properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, zoom means I can work at home and not travel the 5-hour roundtrip to our corporate office.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly! I always have trouble with other platforms and the ability to screen share. Zoom I never have that issue. Merges easily with my calendar as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had at least 60 min of video time. Those that use it a lot will still have to pay for the subscription. But I think getting more users to try it, 60 min free is key
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients that still will not do in person sales calls. I visit hospital and cancer centers. I offer to do a zoom in service education opportunity and it virtually "get my foot in the door"

What do you like best about the product?
Can screen share, mute and hide video, record!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue is having to share who is the owner to allow someone else to screenshare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In person meetings and meeting that require visuals. We have been remote prior to Covid so Zoom meeting have been key and we always have visuals so need a Zoom vs a conference call.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the intuitive nature of the Zoom platform. It is an easy tool for anyone in the workforce to use. Zoom has virtually replaced in-person meetings and allows for teams, clients, etc. to stay connected anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the premium license, but the basic license only allows for 40-minute meetings. The time limit makes the purchase of the paid subscription a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom's platform allows our organization to connect with our member communities on a more regular basis. The constraints of travel, traffic, and time are virtually a relic of the 20th-century office.

What do you like best about the product?
The sound quality and consistency are the main reasons our team relies on Zoom for internal and external meetings. We appreciate the interactivity of the platform, and the way music and videos enhance an online meeting experience for people around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that we dislike the most is navigating through the long list of settings to make sure each user account is fully customized. The advanced settings are a lot to get through!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables our company to have a virtual service offering to clients, which is now a substantial part of our business. We are now able to offer services to other companies that do not operate in the city where our corporate headquarters is located.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use both as a meeting host and as a meeting attendee. All features are simple and effective. I'm able to obtain clients in places I couldn't and I'm able to see more people each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the cost of the service. There should be more lower tiers of the service for those who don't need much. Have a few more options that cost less than the Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with and obtain clients in other cities and in other states that I wasn't able to meet with before. It has increased my business performance.
