Zoom - Best video conferencing tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use when videochatting. It integrates well with Fathom, a notetaker, for when I do sales demos. Definitely a great user experience compared to other video tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. Zoom gets the job done. It'd be nice if there was an option to have a sound alert when someone joins the Zoom call so you can add them in quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a sales rep, so it's important for me to conduct virtual demos on Zoom that's easy to use. It has excellent integrations with Fathom (notetaker) and HubSpot (CRM).
Helping to stay connected remotely
What do you like best about the product?
After COVID lock down it seems that remote conferencing is the new norm now. I enjoy being able to take a meeting on the go with colleagues and potential clients that are in various locations. I am able to use Zoom on my cellphone and it works just as well as the desktop version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free version is only an hour duration. That is the only con. The software has been working perfectly for me and my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay in touch and network with colleagues and clients across the country. Allows us to engage and network as though we are in the same location.
Critical for the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up meetings on Zoom is incredibly easy. The recording function allows me to share meetings verbatim with people are unable to attend. It has a very nice and clean user face that does not distract from meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better integration with Google cal and Gsuite, though perhaps that's an issue with Google and not Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of working in different parts of the country with coworkers and not sharing an office. It's easy to meet face to face and have both set meetings and spontaneous meetings.
Zoom is the only tool you need!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is just easy to use - it is very intuitive and the UX decisions make screen sharing much more effective. I love using the whiteboard feature to draw out my thoughts! And Zoom's integration with Slack to kick off a meeting is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is my go-to option for any type of meeting; however, I would like a more modern chat function while in the call. Something that is more visually appealing and fun to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to keep a remote work culture alive. With virtual games and breakout rooms, our work from home still feels like it does at the office. I am able to feel close to my colleagues, even if they are 1000s miles away

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best meeting app for me. It's so easy to use and navigate. It provides a convenient and reliable meeting experience. It allows us to share our ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, None so far. Everything fine. I appreciate the small little details in this app. It's easy to use and navigate. The design and appearance look professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to work even in remote areas or at home. We can easily make a meeting with our colleagues. Zoom meetings provide convenience because it has a phone app also.
Great for meetings, live webinars, peer groups, and more
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track metrics such as attendance, poll results, exit surveys. Dedicated Q&A box is great with anonymous posting. Everyone is familiar with Zoom, so there is little education necessary for our attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom quality is TERRIBLE. We are looking other live webinar platforms because Zoom quality is so bad and in this new digital events era, it's unacceptable.
Also wish there were more configurations of presentation + presenter. You lose so much because the slides are huge and the presenter is so small.

An overall great platform for hosting live webinars.
Easy and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I recently found out you can send an SMS via Zoom which has really helped me confirm appointments with decision makers that are hard to get ahold of by calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the caller ID was better, sometimes it says who's calling and once i answer and go back to find that number to log it, the caller ID portion goes away or changes to just the number but this doesn't always happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like not having to use my personal cell phone or needing/having to have a hard (physical) phone to dial through. Also getting ahold of decision makers via texting. Meetings for the company I work at is also nice and easy to attend.
Love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the virtual backgrounds and how easy it is to record a meeting. Zoom integrates very well with G Suite and is compatible with all of the customers I've come in contact with so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes or takes too long to load, but that's usually only when I have multiple applications open at the same time! Overall, I don't have any issues. I wish you could react to messages in the chat feature, but that's not a make or break issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of the lack of face to face interactions between customers, and colleagues in a remote environment. Zoom makes it easy to connect and feel as though you're in the same room as someone, even if they're on the other side of the world! I especially find Zoom helpful for product demos. I can't imagine just trying to explain what I'm selling over the phone!
Zoom - allow you to stay close
What do you like best about the product?
I have to start by saying it is 'The best platform' that allows you to connect with your loved ones and colleagues and conduct meetings. It features sharing screen, gives/takes control of one another presentation, multiple hosts, and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before stating what I dislike, I'd like to say that I love the software despite its one feature which is a limited time of 40minutes per session. You have to pay an annual fee for unlimited time per session. One can restart the same session after it gets over to continue their meeting which is one simple turnaround you can say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making communication easier from wherever you are. It boomed especially during the pandemic when everyone was stuck at home and desperately needed to get their life going. companies opted for zoom meetings, thereby smartly complying with the guideline of 'no physical contact'.
Best software for Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my go to software for have a video conversation with my team mates and collegues. I have been using Zoom extensively post Covid. It has changed the operations of my business and I almost use it everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely the connectivity becomes an issue. Sometimes I faced minor problems connecting my bluetooth earphones. Apart from that I don't think there is any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom sorted the pandemic time and helped me running my business. It has changed my business workflow.
