What do you like best about the product?
Convenient, easy to use, you can always quickly arrange a meeting and so on.

there are no global ones, everything I need is working, and I and the team are happy

Always in touch as I mentioned above it is easy and simple to arrange a meeting and be always in touch

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful in an easy way. Zoom always meet my expectations when it comes to meetings, huddle, or simple conversations that need an on-screen meet-up. Zoom is a great app during the pandemic and it's very easy to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the volume settings cause sometimes it's not working even you are in a high volume and when you check it on settings it's working but nonetheless still manageable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to communicate in my daily activities and even in my work. Zoom gives me an opportunity to save time to spend meetings or huddles at home instead of going everywhere to meet someone. It benefits me a lot nowadays since we are still in pandemic and easy and very safe to use.
Zoom a platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
We were on Microsoft teams before but when zoom gained popularity during the first lockdown and we got to know that zoom was much more user friendly than any other video conferencing platform available and that too at the cheapest cost
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, there was a news which mentioned about privacy breach but it was clarified that all of it was a hoax and there was no base for any such news at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it became a desperate need when lockdown was imposed and every organisation needed to handle their works even while sitting at home and smooth transition from normal to work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most used and the most reliable video conference application , the thing i most like about zoom the easy to acceess interface , the security and bandwith
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that i dislike but the login process takes a lot of time , sometime sthe connection ping takes a lkt of time ,not knowing if we have logged in to the meet or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom UI is too classic for todays design ,its something which can be further developed.
Zoom can also try creating better audio options over conference halls,sometimes youtube music doesnt play out properly

Useful for performances , meetings, and backgrounds for greens screen type stuff.
What do you like best about the product?
backgrounds are easy and if you have a green screen they work really well. View can be different and is adjustable for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few problems of meetings cutting peoples audio and video off or buffering sort of. but not too often

Performances. They even let people do 40 minute sessions for free during the pandemic and I think they still have that.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for pulling people together into one meeting no matter where each person is located.

I like zoom, I don't see any negatives about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredible for scheduling and conducting short meetings/classes. I like it very much because of the following features specifically:

High-quality audio and video along with screen sharing and recording
We can create multiple hosts during a session and can control the participants as well

What do you dislike about the product?
The largest room on earth is the room for improvement. Although I am much satisfied with Zoom, however, it has some drawbacks as well:

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me a lot while scheduling short meetings and when I was supposed to take an extra class for my students. It is sometimes very frustrating when the internet connectivity is low. Otherwise, I am much satisfied.
Great Way to Meet
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, and how simple it is to install on a laptop or mobile device. I also like that I can record calls, which is something I need to do regularly. Sometimes I even use it as a 1-person meeting to record exercise videos for my client. The picture is clearer and the sound is better than the camera app on my phone. It's also a secure space by virtue of the password, and the lowest-tier paid version is affordable and provides a lot of additional benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow, and occasionally it will not recognize my headset. Given that I have a couple of different headsets and microphones that I use, it's usually easy to resolve, but if the automatic detection worked 100% of the time it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with people from around the world, so it's a well-known platform and makes it easy to connect. I can quickly drop a link into a chat so the calls can happen spontaneously, which I need from time to time. It gives me a simple way to run my coaching business without having to learn a lot of complicated technology.
ZOOM to Your Success
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom apps are really helpful during my monthly meeting. I can blur my background during meeting and have a crystal clear audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their update policy, which will make old zoom can't be used until you update to a new version.
