User friendly video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is available across platforms - Desktop, web, and mobile apps. I love all the customizable features - especially that you can customize your user background, as well as touch up your appearance and ***mirror your video***
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any major features. The Free plan only offers unlimited meetings up to 40 minutes per meeting, whereas the Pro plan offers unlimited meetings for up to 30 hours per meeting, $149.90/year/user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my go-to video conferencing tool and makes working virtually more personable.
Good for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides a platform where people can interact with each other, share screen and type in their concerns in the chat window. It's user friendly and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to bad internet connection, there are chances of zoom getting stuck or lag. This can be really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issues people faced at the time of covid-19. It has made easy for people to be at their house and interact with people accross the countries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most in zoom for video confercing and its videos quality is very good you can connect with as many people on zoom confercing for job interviews from distance, talking with collegues and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag in video and audio during video conferncing and i think privacy is also important on which zoom should take more actions or work more on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped in many ways it helped the remote employees to connect with the team from anywhere for communication, collaboration , interviews and for many more things.
A perfect way to meet with colleagues remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to work remotely as we have lots of clients and colleagues working far away from our base, so it's great to stay up to date with them without travelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could probably be made a little nicer on the eyes. It's currently quite serious and doesn't look great, also the mobile app isn't great for multi-user calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recurring meetings with teammates that link up with our calendars so that we can use the same Zoom link and meet on the same call regularly without having to arrange it each time
Good quality of audio and video for virtual meetings or webinars.
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user friendly. It does not consume a lot of data. Easy to use either in laptop or mobile. Plus the good quality of video and audio, also it has the tools that can use in for meetings or webinars. Like live chats, screen sharing, polls, meeting groupings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything yet I dislike about this application. For me, its has all the tools needed for attending virtual meetings and webinars. So there is nothing I can say yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time and money for transportation in attending meetings and conferences. No need to leave the place like an office, home or wherever I am. Because this software can be use for meetings. As long as I have a laptop or mobile phone with internet, attending virtual meetings is now possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has easy access and is an excellent form of visual communication.

There are no downsides. Zoom is very user-friendly.

Zoom is solving the problem of having multiple parties in different places and in different time zones be able to meet in one place at the same time.

As of today's technology world we are expecting online rather than offline. So zoom is one of the way where can interact with people throught video interface.

As of now there is no negative on zoom . If so network issue we might not hear the voice of the person from another side.

Zoom actually benefits a lot of things. Saves our time. Recording the call usually benefits us.
Great way to hold meetings remotely
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you the opportunity to hold a meeting with out having to get everyone in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little confusing when trying to enter a room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom had solved my issue with having different shift employees present at the same time to go over new information all together.
Great Video Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The picture quality seems to be the best with Zoom. I use Google, Microsoft Team and Zoom and without a doubt, I get the best quality audio and video with the Zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant updates, while I know they are necessary, cause issues for users that don't typically have Zoom. I find that launching meeting is when updates need to happen rather than in the background when I'm not using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working virtually, I always want the conversation to feel as "in-person" as possible. Having blurry images or bad audio quality can disrupt the flow of a client call. Zoom typically doesn't have these issues!
Amazing conference call and infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom are the different functions such as the share function that allows real-time sharing of screens between the participants and the ability to record videos for later reviews in case one did not better understand the nature of the video or didn't attend the meeting but wanted to know what was spoken.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using a low-bandwidth internet connection, it takes longer to get you back to the meeting and it requires one to have an organized business account to have a meeting that goes up to 45 minutes, otherwise, you will only have about 40 min then you will need to restart a new meeting, which can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me attend my school meeting with other students from different time zone and also it has helped me attend job interviews and Bootcamp learning. It benefited me in my learning.
