Very intuitive and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to screen share. I love how you can view the participants in many ways, such as gallery view versus speaker view. I love the Google integrations for ease of scheduling. I love how easy it is to add team members to our business account.
What do you dislike about the product?
For free account users, the 45-minute limit is slightly restrictive. One hour would be helpful. Less relevant for business use, though, because we use paid accounts for most users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps unify a remote team scattered throughout the US with face-to-face interaction.
Best Experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use irregardless of the level of expertise a user has. A first-time user of Zoom can still hold meetings using Zoom without difficultly since Zoom is very easy to install and hold meetings with it with just a few clicks. Someone can still use the web app version without installing the application. Zoom is also cost-friendly for small businesses and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support services provided in Zoom are not impressive since their support is offered after a few days from the time of claim. This can be quite discouraging expecially when users need urgent and immediate urgent support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is offering a video conferencing platform that is easy to use for any user, a platform that is cost-effective and one that offers some cool video conferencing features like multiple screen sharing.
Best Platform for Connecting Professionals remotely
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is video quality. Also it is very secure software and settings are very easy to handle. In chat section, messages can be sent privately which helps in lots of things during meetings. More, it helps me a lot of times in sharing large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but Zoom consumes much data and it disconnect us many times if the connection goes little bit down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of problems getting solved by Zoom like it helping us to create remote buisness, conducting training programs and managing team building in remote locations.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the room size is amazing, Also, first of it's kind to my notice to help connect with people over vid chat.Love the video quality.

Nothing as such. They can add emoji reactions to the messages section.

It's solving the problem of connecting over video call. The quality is immaculate and not laggy at all.
Excellent Video Conference Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, yet powerful. Our non-techie people can join easily while techie people can get creative with things like backgrounds and virtual locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The system works well and I have no issues.

It helps people in different locations collaborate in a more effective manner. It also makes it easy to teach remote classes and even remote conferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and visually pleasing, it has very amazing features, and works properly even when there are a lot of users joining in, easy to share a link, easy to switch between platforms mobile to desktop or desktop to mobile, and everyone knows about zoom, and it has increased rapidly during the pandemic. I personally like zoom a lot and I use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many features that I dislike on Zoom, the security might be an issue. The brand's trust s not in great shape. Other than that sometimes, rarely the audio or video might get blurry or not able to connect properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has a zoom enterprise account. It makes it easy for everyone to open and attend meetings and share links. It just directly pulls out data from the calendar.
Everyday necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so helpful to bring teams together and communicate with customers in a way that opens them up to collaboration. It's easy to use for scheduled sessions and quick syncs last minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are too many dislikes, and prefer Zoom to other video conferencing providers. I would like to be more comfortable with adjusting starting settings for video and audio as people join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of remote work as a whole! In previous roles it allowed me to connect with clients who I wasn't able to meet in person, and it's kept my teams and customers connected since the pandemic started. It's an awesome tool for relationship building.

Easy to join meetings and easy to setup meetings. Sending invites to people without zoom experience is really easy.

There is nothing I dislike about using Zoom at work. Zoom does everything I would like it to do. I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about using Zoom at all.

Zoom allows us to have both large and small meetings internally, and it's integrations with other products work really well and it allows us to reduce friction when speaking to customers.
Best application for Quick chat and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is its simple UI and ease to use. The chat feature with colleagues is quite helpful and helps to connect easily. We can setup meetings and connect using audio or video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat gets refreshed every 24hrs, so previous conversations with colleagues get lost, which I dislike. Overall, it is an excellent application and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping colleagues to connect virtually with ease when we implement the Hybrid Model. We can connect over audio or video calls and discuss our work-related stuff.

I have had no issues with Zoom and definitely like this product.
