What do you like best about the product?
The app is fantastic and is useful during the pandemic. It has increased productivity and collaboration. File and screen-sharing options are commendable. Makes scheduling meetings easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the host does not enable a password, there are security concerns as anyone can enter the room. You need to install the application from the store to use it. The number of participants is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?
Our admin restricts Zoom chat to be saved for only 7 days, I don't know root cause of this but this is the only annoying factor I can think of with Zoom, Zoom Chat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is an essential part of remote working; remote work wouldn't be as near efficient with other tools

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage and it merges with my google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit. Google hangout doesn't give a time limit but zoom does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me meet with my team virtually when I cannot be in person. I can still get my business handled in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Zoom across multiple platforms. I enjoy being able to create a registration link for my participants to complete before receiving the actual Zoom link to join. This helps me gauge an idea of my anticipated audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes, I have difficulty weeding out BOTS from registering for my events. Anytime I have an event with incentives, I receive a ridiculous amount of bot responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is assisting our business with receiving pre and post-information about participants that allow us to analyze their data and use it for project reporting.

In the chat and comment section, messages can be sent privately to one person without disturbing any other attendant while in a meeting. Usage of emojis helps us to convey our feelings instantly to others. For example, we can pin a teacher or any other speaker's video in a live class to follow their conversations effectively. This criterion is helpful since the viewing screen frequently fluctuates depending on the active speaker. During any screen sharing, there is no reduction in picture quality which helps to conduct presentations quite smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The messages sent through chats cannot be deleted, which becomes quite embarrassing when sent unintentionally. It causes inconvenience among fellow attendees in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom suffices greatly during classes, meetings, virtual presentations and interactions with friends during leisure time. In particular, it has been a boon during the COVID-19 pandemic when social distancing is necessary. It strives to strengthen interpersonal connections at our workplace, even from the comfort of our homes. In these situations, it is worth saying that this platform alleviates our boredom to a great extent.

Everything what I have felt is fine. Sometimes loosing connectivity and asking for software update when we are in the meeting and about to join the meeting. Other than that everything is fine

We had a great deal of reliance on other, less dependable platforms throughout the pandemic. However, once we began using Zoom for all of our virtual meetings and video chats, things were much simpler for everyone.
With the help of Zoom, we were able to hold live meetings with both clients and other employees. You can record the meetings using Zoom as well for later viewing.

There is no doubt that Zoom is a very powerful platform.
The only thing I don't like is that the meeting's plan for 1000 attendees is very expensive. If you have 1000 attendees and want to use Zoom to conduct online webinars and conferences, you will need to spend a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to connect with so many people and I'm able to utilize it for a variety of meetings. I also use it for podcast recordings or pre-recorded content that I share and it's so reliable! It is very versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, video quality is not great and that can be challenging, but I use additional cameras to help with that. Overall, it's very seamless and I really don't have anything to complain about. The features that have been added to help with communicating and scheduling have been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like how they optimize chats, scheduling, and adding in features for presentations, etc. It seems like they are really listening to feedback and what WFH employees and entrepreneurs need to run efficient meetings, recordings, etc.
