Can host or join very easy and invite as many people as you would like

Zoom is easy to use, there's nothing complicated to download or do to use it. The features are simple and easy. Overall great product.

I don't like that for the free versions it limits the time you can meet.

It solves the problem of being able to see team members and customers without ever leaving the office. Allows working from home.
Zoom a great way to virtually talk to friends, go to school and have class and for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the platform itself. It is very user-friendly, and I've never had any issues with the site/app. I have used it for school and online meetings due to my job when we couldn't meet in person. I like the ability to be able to share my screen so simply so others can see my work and the progress I have made on projects and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike the fact sometimes the host of the meetings sometimes gets booted out of their sessions It has happened a lot, but it has happened on a few occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are implementing more features every month. I like that I can change the background of my place incase it is messy or just for privacy reasons. They have continuously updated the app and it is great.

They are solving how to effectively and efficiently communicate with colleagues and clients, especially while working at home.
Zoom is the easiest and most feature packed video meeting service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can be very easy and straightforward to use for those who need to jump on a call and share a screen. For more power users, Zoom has great additional features like using a second camera (like a USB-connected document camera), the ability to pause a shared screen so you can freeze a slide while jumping elsewhere to look something up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that irks me is if I quit/close Zoom on my Mac, it signs me out. I notice this because if I click on a Zoom meeting link, Zoom opens, and my profile picture is no longer there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making meetings easy to join for customers and internal people. I can start a meeting from my phone and then jump on from my computer. Most people typically have Zoom on their computers nowadays so it's easy for people to jump on.

I like how easy it is to create a conference and use it as a spectator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantage is when the internet connection is slow, it disconnects and does not progress further.

Help businesses close deals, hire remote staff, and even increase a company's sales, because it allows for giving conferences.

Everything down to the little fun features that come with the program. Also I would like to thank me for making this tool for the people to use yes because you require such a long freaking review I will give it to you haha

I hate how peanut butter can go by itself like why does it not taste good at all? In fact, my grandma made a sweet potato pie made my auntie fall in love again.

OMG why such review you would have though I really invented ZOOM for real with the questions that pop up and they can't be short reviews come on some of us have to work you know.
This is very userfriendly and I never have a problem.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so userfriendly. No need to ask any questions when its so easy that the software answers all of your questions as you use it. If you are looking for a reliable and easy resource...THIS IS IT!
What do you dislike about the product?
NONE. I loved the entire product and I would recommend this to anybody and any company. I cannot think of any reason this product would need an improvement. GRADE A PRODUCT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zoom for about 7 years now and they have made adjustments with the times. One thing that they could do is add the drawing feature while you are in a group meeting.
