My pleasant experience using Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
What I have enjoyed most about using this platform is that it has allowed me to grow my business globally; for me, there are no borders when it comes to expanding my business. I love that the interface is quite user-friendly and I have never had a problem using Zoom. I greatly value that it offers you the opportunity to schedule and have a virtual agenda for your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the phone interface bothers me, it's very different from the desktop one and suddenly I struggle to find what I need, but the truth is that these are minor things and I always manage to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me solve the problem of distances, that is, it allows me to provide consultations all over the world regardless of my client's country or location. It also allows me to record my podcast "Alchemia Cósmica" with great audio and video quality.
Best for the team meetings
What do you like best about the product?
We can record the meetings and also run the timer which shows the total time the meeting

We are able to see meetings that we have scheduled but if you could list the other meetings that we have accepted would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For long team meetings, able to screen share within zoom meeting helps for quick understanding of the problems that are being discussed in the meeting with the team members
Great for remote business meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Zoom is very user-friendly and integrates well with other software, such as calendly. Zoom meetings will also appear on your calendar, as well, once it's set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a limit of 40 minutes per meeting unless you pay for a higher-tiered account. There are limits to the number of people who can be in your meeting room, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to host remote meetings with end users and our internal teams. It helps keep everyone on the same page regarding our next steps and how to continue innovating and moving forward with our business.
Priceless for conferences
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is priceless when it comes to remote work. It is free to use for the most part and works perfectly for teams or companies of any number of people. The different types of communication it offers make it excellent for remote discussions. You can send text messages, have voice-only or video calls, host formalized meetings, and send voice recordings to communicate. Zoom is one of the few applications that allow you to test your microphone and webcam settings before logging into a conference. So this helps to avoid any issues once the meeting begins, as you can resolve them beforehand. Zoom takes the word portable to the next level, as you can use Zoom on portable devices like your laptop, cellphone, etc. Zoom has data servers worldwide, so no matter where you are, you'll still be able to connect to meetings without experiencing lag. This makes Zoom the best software for remote work, as it genuinely lets you be remote.

Zoom allows you to send files to anyone, share whatever is on your screen, share PowerPoint slides, draw creatively, write using a virtual whiteboard that you can save, etc. You can set up a Zoom room where multiple users can share their screens. Our internship training program works thanks to this, allowing us to see what our interns are doing in real time and assist them if needed. Recording a conference through Zoom is seamless, and you can even get a decent amount of cloud storage space to store your recordings.

New users may find it a little limiting for group conferences, but Zoom is worth every penny for the subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined conferences and providing an excellent remote work platform are two problems Zoom aids in solving. Much like many companies, our company was severely affected during the pandemic. But with the adoption of Zoom as our primary platform for all work-related things, we solved a lot of problems challenging us daily. Communication never became an issue, and collaborative work has been effortless. We can share, discuss, and assist people internally and externally. Email file attachments are a thing of the past thanks to Zoom's quick and real-time file sharing. We temporarily halted our internship program during the pandemic as we couldn't assist and train our interns in person. But this was another problem that Zoom solved through screen sharing and conference recordings. Our company wouldn't be where it is today without Zoom being our backbone during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best platform for work meets or chit-chatting with friends from different countries. I have attended a few training sessions, and zoom is best for it.

I have used Zoom for a long time and however not found any such dislikes.

Zoom helps work from culture, where employees can work together via Zoom. Training sessions and meeting can be organized over zoom and you can record the same, for future reference. Zoom also provides fun features like you can change your background.

It's a free program to use. It's fast and reliable and used by many customers we know.
Even the paid packages are great; we use them all the time for file sharing and the calendar.

For the free packages, the maximum time you call is 40 minutes sometimes, that's not enough for our meetings.

Most people were going with Zoom, so we also went with it.
Now we cant do our daily tasks without it. We prefer it most over any similar software because of its flexibility and upcoming updates.

Zoom is all you need for your meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easiness of setting up a custom meeting room and conferences is way better than any other software. The level of security added is also unvreachable for the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem which I thought using JWT would help solve it but the implemtation could not happen as we wanted to start a meeting with a host which couldn't happen at the moment.(their support confirmed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us in scheduling HD video conferencing calls with our teams and clients. It's benefitting in call recordings and keeping track of them for future references.
Best tool for communication and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like most about zoom is it provides us a best audio and video quality and we can connect to anyone around the world and also it supports on all environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to say but the thing is everytime we need to select the audio output to join the meeting and sometimes we may get disturbances when someone joins without headphones that's it.Everthing else is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to attend various webinars,classes and meetings daily so I make use of this zoom meetings for connecting to them and it makes the communication easier.It increases he audio and video quality of meetings
