Zoom is the must have tool for remote consulting businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many amazing features. My top three most used features are call recording, screen sharing, and controlling another user's screen. Those features are indispensable for my small remote consulting business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about zoom at the moment. I wish it could make me look better on camera, but I'm not sure that's possible. HA!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a consulting business with clients all over the world. With Zoom, I'm able to support and communicate effectively to my clients. Zoom's essential to my sales process since I use visuals in my sales calls.
Zoom is the first app that comes to my mind when I think of a Video Conference.
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic, Zoom is an app that is trustworthy and easily accessible. In addition, Zoom allows you to communicate and share your ideas with colleagues and customers in the best way possible. Thus, I have been recommending this since I started using it and will continue to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is by far the best tool to have a video conference, and there is nothing to make me dislike it, and I am sure that it will continue this way in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has benefited me since day one, and it is still the most helpful gadget in my day-to-day work. Zoom helps me arrange meetings with my customers and allows me to do my tasks through a discussion with my colleagues.
Necessity for internal meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is superb for meetings. The audio and video clarity are excellent on all devices that you can use Zoom on. The clarity also extends to shared media via screensharing. You can share images, videos, or any part of your screen from your computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. Screen sharing is one of the most helpful aspects of Zoom that makes it stand out from the rest of the meeting applications. You can use your mic and webcam during screen-sharing sessions to discuss better if you're not already in a meeting. You can move the screen sharing aside and open a whiteboard, where you can draw, write, or create charts from one of the default templates. The best part about this is that you don't need to take screenshots of the whiteboard manually. You can save it as an image, which becomes shareable. For any kind of group work, these tools are absolutely necessary, especially during remote work, online classes, training, etc. Zoom's user-friendliness is second to none. You can schedule your meetings in advance from any device, and after you link your calendar, you'll get notifications for the meeting so that you don't miss it. We've been using Zoom for our internal meetings and had nothing but a positive experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to Zoom yet. I've used it for internal and external meetings for the past five years. So far, I've had zero issues and an overall positive experience.

The challenges of remote work, internal meetings, webinars, project collaboration, and file sharing are solved by Zoom. It provides the necessary tools, especially screen-sharing, and whiteboards, to help discuss effectively as we can digitally share our screens and their content to collaborate. The mobile app on Zoom is automatically synced to show you all the alerts, messages, and meeting invitations, so you're never missing out on anything important. You can always carry Zoom with you in your pocket or purse. Zoom utilizes a very secure system for file transfer, so you can rest assured that there's no data leak and that the file you intend to send to the specific person will not be stored anywhere online for an unauthorized party to access. You can integrate various apps from the store to boost Zoom's performance and overall goals you wish to accomplish. There's no problem Zoom cannot solve!
Best experience for Video meetings and interviews
What do you like best about the product?
The video/audio quality of Zoom is very good and you can also share the screen with multiple options like single windows share or full screen sharing. You can also join the meeting easily using the meeting id and host needs to accept you inside the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no negative points as such in Zoom but if you want to have a video meeting call for a large number of people (more than 500), then you cannot use it as it has limit on the members to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is proving platform for video calls/meeting for personal and corporate purpose. I am using the zoom for office meetings and personal work and connecting with my friends over it.

The free meetings have a time limit which is sometimes concerning

Good.....but hight data consumption
What do you like best about the product?
It very convenient for group meeting. Audio and video hosting and sound also veey comfortable. But it's high resolution pictures also shown and high data consumption

All good but it's highly data consumption application. Screen also good some miner changes need like only single picture screen needed but its showing multiple

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create a meeting with Zoom and share with colleagues. Despite using your browser to connect to a meeting, they have moblie and desktop aps which make it cool for me to join a meeting wherever I'm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom never dissapoints. It has cool faures such as muting other colleagues and security inthe meetings is cool. You can easily recoerd a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful for freelancers, students, and employees as it makes video calls very easy. I have used it for meeting with my clients to better understand their needs to better provide correct services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are many good aspects of zoom but sometime the video quality can be very distorted. I felt that sometimes it take to much bandwidth, so using it with a slow connection is problematic

The video quality needs to be improved and it can be improved so that it requires less bandwidth to that it can be used in areas with slow internet connection. Sometimes when using with slow connections is problem

Needing multiple zoom accounts for our teachers. If they want to use ours, we have to go through a protocol for their computer to be saved and recognized.
