What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has responded to the demands of a hybrid and remote workforce and the quick rise of aritifical intelligence. Our teams love the AI enabled features that help us to recap our calls and communicate across locations. We live and breathe our work based off of Zoom's ability to connect us, so we can collaborate effectively. As a marketer, I also appreciate that Zoom integrates smoothly with our CRM for our external meetings and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It boggles me that there is not an option within Webinars to allow participants to use their video within the full room or breakout rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and hands-free meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have everything one easy to use platform. Meetings, chat & phone. And it's very easy to switch between the platforms. The set-up was easy and onboarding or offboarding is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I can't think of any features we need that they don't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a VoIP in place once COVID happened and we were no longer in the office. Using our personal cell phones started to become an issue for our staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and there are several options to choose from to help support your business
What do you dislike about the product?
After a change in staffing, not having a dedicated CSM makes the experience less personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy remote collaboration with the breakroom function and drawing on screens makes it easy to troubleshoot problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration and calling. Integrations are good with the needed tech. Implementation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser based calling is lackluster. Documentation for technical support is lacking, hard to find UI in admin portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing and large meeting rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are excellent, and the interface is intuitive, making it easy for everyone to join meetings without any technical hiccups. The screen sharing feature is particularly useful for presentations, and the ability to record meetings ensures that no important details are missed. Overall, Zoom has greatly improved our productivity and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom falls short in comparison to competitors like Gong, especially when it comes to AI translation services. While Zoom is a reliable platform, its lack of advanced translation capabilities is a drawback for our multinational team. We've been impressed with Gong's affordability and superior AI translation, which has significantly improved our communication efficiency. We hope Zoom takes note and considers incorporating similar features in the future to better meet the diverse needs of its users

The platform's various features, such as chat, screen sharing, and file sharing, enable seamless communication among team members. This fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing, leading to improved productivity and innovation within our organization.

Convinient and affrordable

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convinience of just clicking on a link and being able to join the meeting without having to already have an account before joining. It's most convenient than going through the hassles of signing up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't let us send super long messages and I think it would be great if it allowed for that. Also it would be nice if it showed the order in which people joined the call

It helps me help other students as a TA so I can work remotely and screen share when necessary

What do you like best about the product?
A central place to get all my apps under the Zoom umbrella. I can customize the top toolbar to rearrange according to my preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the newest itiration takes up alot of resources on the computer. Also there is still no server or RDS support for zoom. Which is surpising as all companies are going virtual. Would like to see Terminla Server and Virtual Desktop support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VOIP and Instant Messaging. There is central place for contact both internal and external. it because almost a one stop stop to do all the communication.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one nature of the platform. We like the ability to have our chat, zoom meetings, texting, and phone all in one platform. This has also allowed us to save money on cell phones for employees and upgrading outdated hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like audible notifications more like slack. I miss a lot of chats. Also, reliability and clarity of zoom phone needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to keep our internal communications in a single platform. Internal chat, phone, text, and meetings. Integrates with our Google Workspace. It's allowed us to cut down on internal emails and remove cell phones for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom solutions have been integral to our business over the last 3 years and they've done a great job of creating a suite of solutions to cover some of the most basic of business needs. Meeting services, phone services, messaging, and more that we aren't even using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the minimum requirements can be a burden on small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us connected through a reliable solution, and the phone system inclusive of call queues, auto attendants, call recording and more, have been a tremendous benefit and savings over our previous service provider.
