Couldn't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so ubiquitous these days and for good reason. It's intuitive, easy to use, and integrates beautifully with Google Calendar. As a worker who is WFH 3+ days of the week, it's a great way to keep me connected with my coworkers and to keep my meetings going regardless of location.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have much to complain about. I know some people have a hard time because they only use the free version and their time limit is 40 minutes but I think that's a generous amount of time for something you aren't paying for. Thankfully, my employer covers the cost for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it possible for me to work from home without sacrificing quality of connection with my clients, my coworkers, and my teams. It's also a nice platform to use just to connect with family members as needed :) I've also used it to attend virtual classes.

Zoom Has Changed The Way I Work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a game changer in the past few years as the workplace became increasingly virtual. Their easy user interface makes it simple to stay connected, join calls and create meetings with few to little problems. I have never had an issue with a call dropping or being interrupted. The company makes it easy to use Zoom to hop on a quick call with coworkers and bosses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has some room for growth when it comes to features such as polls and quizzes. I've had trouble setting up Zoom polls in the past and try to avoid this feature now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves a large problem with today's WFH culture. We are missing a lot of face-to-face interaction, and often this is necessary in holding key meetings and client-based calls. I'm able to better connect with my team and share presentations through screenshare.

the best part is that the admine can controll the all setting and if there is disturbance in can mute to all the joint members the the best part is we can join easily by the link

the disliked thing is the meeting or els online class time is very less if we need to take a meeting or els online class we should pay the amount to become busness members

The problem to solve is to fix some bugs and give maximum time for the meeting, and increase the maximum number of members to join the meeting through the link sent if they send reminders through the mail; it would be awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is app whichhas thebest video resolution of any video conferencing platform,also there is limitation too in this app while using the zoom app.quality of zoom is very good.

While using the zoom app for the video confrencing there is limitation that only limited people can join the meeting if we need more people we need to pay money for that.

Zoom helps user to held and take video confremcing via Internet or zoom app.it automatically scheduled meetingand let people know about them. Also letuser to record the meeting.
Zoom is perfect for hosting virtual training
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for training. Breakout rooms are amazing for role practices and making it easier to get to know each other

I wish there was a way to share your screen in breakout rooms for activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 16 training centers and there is a stretch in the Midwest where it doesn't make since to have them. We also have locations in Alaska and Hawaii. The travel there is too expensive so we use zoom as a virtual classroom.

Zoom has many great features, including various video conferencing chatting modes. It's unique because latency is very low, and almost everyone now has a zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to nitpick things to be disliked in such a wonderful platform; if Zoom can have more visually appealing skins/themes made, that will be great, I guess.

Zoom is really helping millions around the world to seamlessly connect with each other on a daily basis, from student classes to professional business meetings. Zoom has solutions for everyone.

We can add 100's of people to a meeting. Meeting hosts can mute all the users!

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using zoom since 2018.This app is easy to use and easy to connect each other when we need to meet online. Most useful thing is we can use our phone or PC screen live during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is wonderful but some errors we have to face sometime like a little disconaction and voice issues but this issue might come when we don't have strong internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solving our communication problems very well. When we need to meet online just activate internet connection,open the app and start live chatting any time . It's amazing 😍.
