When a discussion needs to occur internally or externally we use Zoom 99% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable; we've been using Zoom for years and never had significant problems. Zoom Support has always resolved our issues, which there weren't many of, so when it comes to our choice of communication platforms Zoom is our #1 choice. Sharing your screen is easy, the remote control feature is really nice, and we find it very user-friendly. Even if someone joins Zoom for the first time, it doesn't take long for them to learn and become comfortable with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not the cheapest option; it would be nice for their prices to go down. Other than that, the only other thing is it's hard to find the exact specific settings to turn on or off for some functions, such as giving your attendees the ability to copy text from the Zooom Chat. Although the setting is there, trying to find it can be a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the Data Storage capacity per Zoom Account. Before this update, the amount of data space was minimal, which caused us to have extra fees to pay. Zoom is working on providing more data space to store your recordings, which benefits us by saving money by not having to pay additional storage fees and not having to worry about not having enough data space. In addition, this gives us more data space to record each meeting and provides access to these recordings internally and externally.
Zoom keeps us connected when we cannot meet in-person.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to learn, and provides us with the controlls we need to hold efficient meetings. I like that setting are customizable for each meeting, so that different group preferences can be respected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Maybe that storage of recordings is limited without an extra fee... But most of our groups don't need a record saved for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the Covid Pandemic hit, we needed a quick solution that everyone could learn easily. Zoom fit the bill and has been a valuable tool for hybrid virtual/in-person meetings as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible both for other communication and learning as in class room tutoring , with single link many user utilized it appropriately from remote areas
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires strong connection or internet, not possible to use for people with disabilities likes those having vision loss and deaf or incapable of listening, seing and handicapped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes easy for Professional training and meeting by which i can develop my career,and again I could be able many international training and conference that require traveling and costy just from my home
Zoom to great virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest and most accessible virtual platform to use. I really find that everyone can use it. Some of the other platforms I have used are difficult

I do not have anything i dislike about zoom

ZOom is solving ways for everyone to meet and organize without being in the same location.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to have meeting with employees who work remote and have a hard time coming into the office due to rising gas prices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that is least helpful, and I wouldn't say that there is anything that needs improving at this time.

Zoom makes it easier to connect to the working staff after the covid pandemic changed the workforce.
zoom became a perfect tool for customer meetings when you are not able to visit them

It is very easy to use even you don't have the application and most people are friendly with application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limitation is a problem if you don't pay for it. 45 minutes is not enough to make meetings

Especially during pandemi, we were not able to visit customers and zoom helped a lot to make meetings face to face and not lose so much of time
Zoom makes video conferencing easy
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom to be easy to use and navigate. I work with people that range from business professionals to older adults that are just now learning about technology. No matter the audience, everyone picks up on how to use Zoom quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally some folks complain that their video or microphones do not work properly with Zoom. I find that sometimes it is an issue with a recent Zoom update and other times it is a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to plan for quicker events. If I want a meeting, I can schedule it quickly and pack in more because I remove the travel factor. Additionally, when I am sharing with groups, it allows more people to attend because we removed the travel requirement.
It is so easy to use!

As a teacher I love the waiting room feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to assign break rooms and have it remember tgr groups for our next session.

It is allowing me to reach people I was previously unable to connect with due to our distance.
Exceptionally effective App for remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is its versatility. Being able to present content with ease and fluidity is very important. Zoom performs better than other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to troubleshoot a playback problem while on screen share mode is a major drawback. A troubleshooting scan function can help resolve this issue. The problem usually takes place when trying to share a video or online content. Oftentimes, videos will play without sound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, Zoom helped my business provide a way to communicate with my clients with video when in-person meetings were impossible. Zoom meetings have become the norm in many instances.
Zoom makes it easy and streamlined to run a remote startup effectively
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom makes it so easy for other people to join calls, even if they don't use it as their primary platform. It's incredibly reliable and doesn't have a lot of the latency or UX issues that alternatives display.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have pre-set screenshare settings, since I'm usually sharing the same pdf on my screen for pitches and other presentations. I'd love to see some built-in note taking integrations or other ways to streamline my workflow without needing to go all-in on Zoom.

We're currently a remote team and work with a ton of remote partners / service providers. Being able to reliably and consistently speak with them using a predictable fashion is necessary for our business to make progress. Zoom has helped to enable that in a big way.
