Dependable Conferencing Service.

What do you like best about the product?
As an online Speech Language Pathologist, it is imperative to have a conferencing service that works on time. Audio, Video, Screen Sharing and the ability to give my students Screen Control without technical disruptions during lessons are necessary features that Zoom provides that dependability. In addition, Zoom allows me to control who and when students may connect while protecting the confidentiality of all transmissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the cache becomes too full, students receive an error message that will not allow them to connect to their 'therapy room' on Zoom. I learned from support how to walk my student families through the process of cleaning out their cache. It would be helpful if a link explaining when and how to do this was provided to users so they could do this BEFORE it becomes a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides confidential and encrypted connections when the admin takes advantage of the password protections and assigned conferencing 'room' features provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to schedule, invite, and start meetings. Break-out rooms have been truly helpful in online trainings I've facilitated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real problem I had was initially setting up host/participant specifications because I wasn't sure of the impact of some on a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to stay in contact, both personally and professionally, during Covid was amazing. I rarely used Zoom before that, and during the shutdown it became invaluable. I continue to have Zoom meetings for Rotary business, workshops, holiday "get-togethers", and other activities, especially where distance, poor weather, or health issues are concerned.

What do you like best about the product?
Fastest service in its field and can handle large groups with no glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom. I have used all of the competitive services. Zoom works the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves my company thousands of dollars of travel costs and travel time by replacing regular in-person visits with face-to-face meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. It works well in sharing sound and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some special features, like taking polls, are a bit of a challenge. Not easy to figure out how to share data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of having meetings without worrying about logistics.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use the same link logon or change. Easy to send out or they can use the same link. Can talk on the with their phone. I have enjoyed using Zoom if the others that I have access to don't work I go back to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has the same logon or a different one. Many features that can be used while presenting, chatting, share with each other. Break out rooms for group talk. I can't think of anything I would recommend to improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I am aware of. Zoom send to be the best platform that I have used. Zoom was the first video conferencing platform that I used but I have used several since covid

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like it's screen sharing option. During covid-19 period in my university all teachers are taught us through this app and share things in screen for our better under standing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most which is chat opption. If you want to send any message to your friend it is shown by all of the member connected with the link this thing I dislike most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a particular case when someone arrange a meeting by zoom some people join in a short time and some people delay. If there is any option where i can send a message to the people who are not join yet it will be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It has just about every tool I'd need (breakout rooms, muting participants, spotlighting, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to control a crowd of strangers and still engage them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a world pandemic, it was hard to conduct a business based on in-home parties. Zoom allowed me to create a "party" environment ONLINE! And it's been lonely during the pandemic... a lot of people have appreciated being able to see and talk to people in a safe way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the full set of features such as many still and video background options as well as the ability to record multiple separate audio streams for podcasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that affect my day to day use of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy to set up video calls. Also, separate audio files for multipoint calls making podcast editing a snap.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with so many people! I love how you can do many people on one call, have a chat space and record meetings for other uses as well be it prerecorded or live streaming
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to live stream on Instagram yet. Would love to be able do that from Zoom for trainings. Or doing a Q&A. Also would love to see ability to do more with white boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to both access traninings as well as connect with potential business collaborations and clients. Love accessing both via iPhone and laptop. Also love annual plan vs being stuck with a monthly plan.

What do you like best about the product?
My ability to access my patients via Zoom is so easy with the system. It is a godsend for patients who cannot make it to an in-person session for one reason or the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was getting signed up, but staff was helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just getting started with Zoom; I was a novice and intimidated.
