Zoom is the fastest and easiest to use web conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the native iPhone support allowing me to connect and show

There are too many people at large corporations that are required to use Teams because they are Office365 users and thus won't use Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom ensures I can meet with people, see them, show them my software and not have to waste time on travel.
Great for virtual business meetings.

I like that it is easy to use, allows for recordings, gives you permission to allow your guests to record, and it's nearly always clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I think Zoom is a great tool and there's not much I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to have clients anywhere in the world instead of being confined to a brick and morter.
Great Alternative when you can't meet in person
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and the moderation tools are helpful for managing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
In most cases, it's so much better to be together in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped when we could not safely meet in person, and now it helps when it is more efficient to meet virtually rather than bear the time cost and expense of traveling.

I like using Zoom because it's reliable and the interaction features are really nice for both large and small groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like about Zoom, it performs far better than its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're remote, but we like to brainstorm and whiteboard together. With the whiteboard tool, we can still accomplish this and save/share it with everyone after the meeting which is great.
Convenient and easy to use

The app is familiar to most of my clients.

Some trouble with the video continually zooming in and out on me during calls.

Access to remote clients is easier and more convenient.
Effective tool for most communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to communicate in real time at any time without having to show my video if I don't want to. I also like being able to blur my background if I do show myself since green screen effects can be iffy at times. I really love the breakout rooms for small group discussions in trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto closed captioning needs a lot of work.

Zoom is helping to solve the issue of needing to social distance during meetings as well as collaboration across the country or world.
Zoom is a core tool for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a core tool for my business. I own a virtual financial planning firm. Having a great video conferencing tool for clients, potential clients, and other networking opportunities is super important. Zoom has been a great solution for that. Video and audio quality have always been good. Enough security tools to feel comfortable having client conversations and locking meetings. Screenshare and drawing tools are good. It integrates with other tech I use - calendar scheduling, website, email, etc. Priced reasonably for my uses. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
It's also the core tool I use for my firm's podcast recordings with other people. Sound and video quality have been good enough to create good podcast interviews.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out. It's worked well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have meetings with clients and other professionals all over the US as close to in-person as possible. I also need to be able to record podcast interviews with good quality audio and video. Zoom fits the need well.
Zoomba-ing since 2020!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a great tool for live streaming Zumba fitness classes during the pandemic, as well as engaging with colleagues and friends worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are three equal dislikes: 1) I wish I got warning emails that I'd need to update the system rather than waiting until I'm logging in to start a class to tell (and delay) me; 2) the picture is grainy/not clear; 3) it's not clear/easy how to add a cohost to an upcoming occurrence of an existing meeting when I know I can't be there to start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to keep up with my fitness community and gave me the opportunity to teach virtual Zumba class - the social connections and the ability to exercise with my crews was vital for mental/emotional (and physical!) health during Covid shut-down
Zoom is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so unser friendly. Very intuitive to use and navigate. Easy to chat, share screens, transfer host-ownership. All around it's our preferred communication!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's picture quality is not as high quality as Teams. Setting up meetings can also be tedious. It would be more beneficial to not require a passcode or a host to allow entry. Making that option in Advanced Features can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Zoom for all video conferencing internally and externally. We prefer to use Zoom over Teams when telecommunicating with our clients due to ease of use.
Great platform with intentional details
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has thought about several key details from host vs participant permissions, different settings for different group sizes, and some accesibility features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be updated for a more modern look, and there could be more accesibility features. Could also update the app version so you can access all the settings you can on the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issue of connecting on different accounts - often with Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, colleagues from other companies at times struggle to log on because their company blocks them.
