Best user interface for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
This past 3 years I've used many video conferencing apps. Zoom is the most simple to use. Specially if you need to connect with persons outside your company. Also love how secure it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't let me have two computers signed in at the same time. If I need to switch to another computer I have to constantly login. I would love to see more control of the camera also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's me do my work remotely. I can now provide more services in distant areas. Now I can have colleagues connect and team up no matter where they are. More productivity!
Best video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoom for me is the ability to share audio from any window. This allows for better presentations and no hiccups normally found on other conference tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the application buggy. But after a quick uninstall and reinstall it was all good. A benefit is the ability to join from browser too if the app crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business working from home, we need tools to talk to one another and we found zoom to have clear audio and video to enable that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has impressed me in ways I never expected with the onset of the pandemic I was turning to zoom in order to continue my work as a private voice instructor. These platforms were never created with the intention of music lessons. Yet, it was zoom that really stepped up to the plate to provide the best sound possible so that I could hear my students quite well they could hear me, the quality was amazing and it was so good I have been able to do private concerts using the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's gone beyond a business scenario. Zoom has become an absolute lifeline. Like so many sheltering in place during the pandemic I was alone. Zoom allowed me to not only talk and hear but see and have real honest to goodness connections with the most important people in my life

The connectivity and ease of use. I appreciate the diversity of the App
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually like it best over all virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to have shorter meetings and connect much quicker than in person. I like to host my initial consulting meetings on Zoom and the intergration with Calendly is awesome!
Zooming around the globe
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; can connect with people around the globe; virtual backgrounds are easy to use and switch as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
can't always find previously used virtual backgrounds when updating software; sometimes it's difficult to know when you need to update, even if you have it automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with colleagues and friends around the globe. I've been able to attend virtual meetings instead of traveling in person for about 3 years now, and it's been terrific.

Zoom is very user friendly with top premium quality calls and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if Zoom cloud had more storage and if Zoom had a longer contract term for a cheaper price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it possible for my congregation to have church online and make recordings from our online church services.
Great experience, favorite platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the engagement tools and the connection is usually very stable compared with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the default was to save the chatbox info and some of the reporting can be a little dense and tricky to interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment; all is well
An unexpected big fan.
What do you like best about the product?
I find it intuitive and user friendly. It's not rocket science- that's a good thing
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to scheduling recurring events that are not on the same schedule... like every Tuesday. Every other Tuesday is hard to schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet without having to be in person and lose time traveling and logistics. As a disabled person I find that incredibly helpful.
Creates opportunity for my business to have a personalised and individualised brand!!!

I haven't had a smoother, and easier online platform to engage in since becoming a Telehealth mental health practitioner, and all the add-ons that are available help me to grow not only my business but also my brand!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little about zoom as all of the people I invite are either ultra familiar with the platform or have utilized it somewhat and are comfortable with the experience. People who receive invitations from me for a zoom session who are not familiar with the platform find it easy to learn how to navigate creating an account and logging in rather easy with simple instructions from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes accessing my business via telehealth easy and affordable for all of my clients, all of whom prefer Zoom despite their employers requiring them to utilize other platforms at their places of work. When I first started working with zoom it was just me with my first Telehealth client. Three years later I have seen, treated, and improved the lives of virtually seen hundreds of clients, not only through my own business but while working as a subcontractor for other mental health and addictions counseling agencies that also utilized zoom for its ease of use and affordability for all of their clients and mine.
Easy to use for meeting with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Our staff likes the simplicity of using Zoom with external clients. Zoom makes it simple for people who are not tech-savvy to connect to meetings. They love the screen-sharing and the whiteboard options in meetings.

I don't have anything I I don't like with Zoom
