Reliability and clarity in every work meeting.
What do you like best about the product?
What I highlight the most is the stability of the connection, even with limited bandwidth. The interface is extremely intuitive, which makes it easy for anyone to join a meeting without technical complications. Additionally, the collaboration tools it offers are very useful, such as the digital whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions, the consumption of RAM resources can be high when using virtual backgrounds or local recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me to centralize communication in one place, allowing me to switch from a chat to a video call immediately, which saves time and improves team productivity by avoiding the use of multiple scattered applications.
Robust Features, Needs Better Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for my office meeting related things. The AI Companion feature is great for getting Minutes of Meetings easily. With Recordings, it's helpful as they provide backups for meetings if we miss any important points. The On Screen Editor is handy because if someone doesn't understand what I'm saying while sharing my screen, I can just take the cursor and show them what they need to do. The Auto Translate feature is useful for overcoming verbal issues. I also appreciate its user-friendly environment, and the setup is easy as the executables are straightforward to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zoom needs to be more OS efficient where it should use more cloud service instead of local system memory. Sometimes Zoom Workplace takes too much OS strength.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom Workplace, the AI-enabled feature like AI Companion helps us get MOM (Minutes of Meetings) easily, recordings provide backups, On Screen Editor aids in communication during screen sharing, and Auto Translate addresses verbal issues.
All-in-One Collaboration Hub That Keeps Marketing Teams in Sync
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workspace is how it brings multiple collaboration tools into one ecosystem. Beyond video meetings, it integrates team chat, whiteboards, scheduling, and document collaboration. This makes it easier for marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas, conduct client presentations, and manage internal discussions without constantly switching between different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some room for improvement. With so many features being added, the interface can sometimes feel slightly cluttered for new users. Additionally, better integration with certain marketing automation tools and CRM platforms would further streamline workflows for marketing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Communication gaps in remote or hybrid teams
2) Too many apps for different tasks
3) Inefficient meetings and poor collaboration
4) Difficulty coordinating schedules and projects

Reliable and Professional Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very reliable and easy to use. The video and audio quality are consistently stable, even during large team meetings. Screen sharing works smoothly, which is important for presentations and internal reviews. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule meetings and integrate with calendars. The platform feels polished and dependable for day-to-day communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features can feel slightly complex for new users, especially when managing large meetings or adjusting detailed settings. Occasionally, updates change interface elements, which requires a short adjustment period. Pricing for premium tiers can also become expensive for growing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us manage remote collaboration efficiently. It reduces communication gaps between teams, allows quick alignment meetings, and ensures documentation through recordings. This improves productivity, speeds up decision-making, and keeps cross-functional teams aligned without needing in-person meetings.
Calendar and Notifications That Keep Us on Track
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Google Calendar and relevant notifications to calendar events are really helpful to keep track of meetings. The background blurring works pretty well as well for calls. I've used some similar apps and Zoom definitely has the better background blurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use most of the features for the app, making a lot of features just feel like extra clutter. Full screen detaches the chat which I can't find a resolution for, causing your chat to overlap your call if you decide to use fullscreen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not using it really for calls anymore, but it's been doing a good job at keeping me notified about upcoming events in my calendar. Due to this reason, I typically keep the app open every day.
Zoom Makes Team Meetings Easy with Screen Sharing, Chat, Recording, and Breakout Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to share your screen during a presentation or service if you are doing it on zoom. Also, you are allowed to join with many other members of your team to have a conservation and meet at one place where ever your are no matter the location. In addition, I love that even though a presentation is going on you are able to speak in chat with the peers in the meetings and even record so you can have notes for later and also create breakout rooms to talk with your team members and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently dislike the connection of zoom sometimes, it will randomly disconnect you from the zoom room and cause you to rejoin again. Also, the recording limit that it gives you and if you go over you have to create a whole new meeting. Lastly, I don’t like when you create and save a setting in zoom it sometimes does not save and you will have to keep in repeating the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom Workplace is solving for me is having an all in one easy software that I can use to chat, video, record, and have a whiteboard during a meeting and also allows me to keep track of how much meeting was hard and removes the hassle for having different networks for the colleagues to use making it easy to have everything in one place.
Easy meetings and reliable communication
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I find about Zoom Workplace is that it doesn't take much time to log in and no premium or money is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing is that there is sometimes a little glitch and the video quality is not that good. But when you use a microphone, your voice will go through correctly and there is no problem with the connection, but still sometimes there is a network issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace I find good for clear voice and camera quality, which makes attending meetings easy.

Feature-Rich Yet Overwhelming Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has moved beyond just being a video calling app. Integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one 'Workplace' hub is a smart move. For managing schedules for coaching classes and self-study, having everything in one sidebar instead of switching between five different apps is a huge win for focus. I also appreciate that when I fix a meeting in Google Calendar, a Zoom link is automatically generated, so I don't have to keep opening the Zoom app to copy and paste the link; I just open the calendar and hit 'Join'. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is super easy and fast. Downloading from the app store and signing in with an email ID takes two minutes. You can join a meeting just by clicking the link without creating an account, which is so much easier than Skype. When you have daily interactions with a small team, features like the 'Team Chat' are really practical for fast coordination. I also find that Zoom performs well even on a low internet connection, and features like AI summaries and Whiteboards are quite useful, especially for students like JEE aspirants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration of multiple features like Chat, Docs, and Calendar in Zoom Workplace has made it less 'simple' than before. There's a 'Too Many Clicks' problem now. When I open Zoom, instead of seeing a straightforward 'Join' or 'New Meeting' button, I'm met with a bunch of tabs (Mail, Calendar, Team Chat, Whiteboard). It causes 'Decision Fatigue.' After coming tired from coaching, all these extra options make it more exhausting to just join a class. The app is quite 'resource-heavy' now, which can lead to battery drain or overheating on low-end devices. It used to be really easy to use, but since becoming a 'Workplace,' it's become a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one hub, which helps maintain focus when managing schedules. It reduces the need for multiple apps and simplifies task transitions, providing control and advanced features like Breakout Rooms.
