Quick, Reliable Meetings Anywhere with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Zoom Workplace is the ability to create a meeting quickly and know that everyone can attend no matter where they are. Often times when my President is traveling, she is able to take meetings when she has down time at an airport or whatever time zone she finds herself.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have experienced higher prices for a meeting that is too large or larger than our usual meetings. And the ability for attendees to share the link and let people into a meeting that they may not have been invited to for a reason. I know we have the option to monitor and let people into a meeting but if you're running the meeting you get distracted with monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we switched everything over to MS TEAMS, we were not always successful having large meetings. Zoom Workplace is just so much easier to have large group meetings with.

What do you like best about the product?
Capability to share screen, less distractions while presenting and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has helped me securely organize large group meetings, and it’s been straightforward to manage. I haven’t noticed any downsides so far.

Connecting people easily through different time zones. Business meetings are done very seamlessly when using zoom
Easy-to-Use UI and Handy AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with an efficient UI. Free tier for occasional users. Works well with modern hardware and a decent internet connection. I like the AI tools for summaries, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no problems. Does not work well with an unstable or slow internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really a problem, but more and more AI extensions are available.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its meeting, chat, and collaboration features. The video quality is usually reliable, and features like meeting summaries and easy screen sharing make it practical for both work and study. In Zoom Workplace, having meeting, chat, and collaboration tools in one place keeps everything organized and improves overall productivity. I can chat with someone, jump into a meeting instantly, share files and screens, and keep working on the same task without losing context, which makes communication faster and reduces confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute limit in the free plan is frustrating. It can also lag on weak internet, which isn't ideal. The interface can feel cluttered at times, and the chat/collaboration tools aren't the strongest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to overcome distance barriers, scattered communication, and missed information. It keeps everything organized and integrated, making communication faster and reducing confusion, ultimately boosting productivity.
Great Screen Sharing for Presentations and Training
What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing – great for presentations, training, or walking someone through payroll/Excel issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel cluttered – Zoom has added chat, docs, AI, mail, calendar, etc., so some people feel it’s not as simple as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar + scheduling – easier to coordinate meetings in one place.
Zoom Workplace: AI Integration Shines Despite Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI integration and backgrounds in Zoom Workplace. Meeting in video and transcription is the best for me. It's also cheaper and more fun compared to Teams. The initial setup was easy, just log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's laggy, and it's slow which results in a robotic voice during meetings. It's really hard to share documents if it's not a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the AI integration and backgrounds in Zoom Workplace, making meetings more engaging. Video and transcription features are essential for me, despite some lag and voice issues.
Zoom Is Easy, User-Friendly, and Trusted by Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom is easy to use and user-friendly. Most companies use it, and everyday people do too. It’s a well-known platform that many people recognize and rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say there’s anything I necessarily dislike. That said, I have noticed that when I use a green screen background, there can sometimes be a bit of lag in the connection. However, I’m not entirely sure whether that’s directly related to using the green screen background or if it’s caused by something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for quick, seamless face-to-face meetings while working remotely. It also makes it easy to get everyone on a call, and even to present when needed.
Zoom Workplace: Fast, Feature-Rich, and Packed with Helpful AI
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom Workplace is the gradual addition happening over time with their UI/UX, especially the pop-up for search, integrations, workflows, the hub, clips, notes, scheduler, tasks, and of course the Docs option along with calendar, contacts, phone options! I can keep going! It opens as soon as you turn on your laptop with quick in performance, and AI that helps you take notes, transcripts from meetings, the easy support to send any technical feedback or concern, for the best options you get, its no doubt it's worth the pricing and with no doubt you get the quality of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think of any downsides here, it syncs with you phone and allows you to control with both your laptop and phone, nope! I don't see any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of having almost all option needed for a desk. From becoming you phone, you can text, video calls (meetings), documents and all other features at one place. I would say one stop shop!
