Zoom Workplace provides a range of features that are extremely helpful for both taking notes and conducting meetings.
Reliable Connectivity with Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for professional communication and collaboration, and I like that it integrates tools like Google Calendar to make scheduling and joining meetings seamless. The thing I like the most is how effortless it makes staying connected. The screen sharing feature is instant and doesn't get paused at intervals, and the reliability is solid. There's no issue with network connectivity, so meetings aren't spent troubleshooting. Screen sharing makes collaboration simple, allowing me to show presentations, spreadsheets, and designs, reducing misunderstandings. Knowing that the video, audio, and screen sharing won't cut out means meetings end on time and decisions are made without interruptions. The simplicity of the interface is really nice, and the initial setup was straightforward, from installation to connecting it to my email and calendar app. After everyone got used to the interface and settings, joining and scheduling became automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the way Zoom Workplace handles large meetings. Sometimes managing a lot of participants - muting, spotlighting - feels clunky. And though I appreciate the option of recording a meeting for unavailable participants, it eats up storage quickly.

I use Zoom Workplace for seamless professional communication. It simplifies collaboration with instant screen sharing, eliminating email chains, and its reliability ensures meetings happen on time without interruptions.

Exceptional for Large Meetings and Reliable in Low Network Areas
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is designed for hosting meetings or sessions with a large number of participants, and in my experience, it performs better than MS Teams when it comes to managing such events. Also, the stability of Zoom is quite good in places having low or poor network coverage. Ease of joining meetings as guests which require minimal login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom primarily centers on facilitating meetings and conferences, which means it does not offer the same level of integration with productivity tools as MS Teams does. Typically, people turn to Zoom when they need to host sessions, while MS Teams is more commonly used for official work-related tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we typically use Zoom for meetings with external stakeholders or when hosting sessions for a large number of participants. Zoom works well for these situations, as I have noticed that MS Teams tends to lag when there are many people in a meeting. Another benefit of using Zoom is that it allows people from outside the organization to join meetings as guests easily, while MS Teams requires them to log in and authenticate before they can participate.

While the app offers some valuable features, it's important to note that certain functionalities are restricted to paid plans. Additionally, I have found that the application can become somewhat sluggish during extended meetings or when used on less powerful systems.

Easy to schedule, log-in, take notes, share screen, and record if desired.

I can't really think of anything that I dislike.

Security and The Quality of calls , Basically I am more concerned about security to be Honest, Because I have Rejected 3 different vendors because they were not following security parameters, But zoom done all

Pricing is very high , for 9 License cost is 16k + Dollars which is not that justifiable

Suzhou basically allowed me to call directly over VOIP which was my first key point second when I have used the zoom works place I have got a good amount of quality plus recordings and everything which is actually being needed and the limitations are over like 40 minute limitation is over so that was a good thing for me as it using Zoom works place because like sometimes Google meet goes and or other solution goes and so yeah

Zoom is a very reliable app for daily meeting and work calls easy to use on both mobile and desktop

The free version time limit can be a bit restrictive for extended discussions tha aap can heat the device during long meeting.
