I appreciate how Zoom Workplace has evolved from a simple video tool into a powerful, AI-powered, all-in-one collaboration platform. It effectively consolidates meetings, team chats, phones, and workspaces, which is very effective for modern, hybrid work environments. I also like that it's designed to integrate with numerous third-party tools, supporting over 2,700 apps including popular options like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, making it a central hub for business communication. Additionally, the initial setup is straightforward, especially for existing Zoom users, making the transition seamless and not requiring a complex new installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace has successfully transitioned into a broad, AI-powered collaboration suite, but this expansion has introduced areas for potential improvement regarding performance, feature complexity, and integration.

I use Zoom Workplace to reduce context switching and improve meeting efficiency. It centralizes communication as an AI-powered, unified platform.

I like having the option to share my screen and, at the same time, write directly on the screen.

Sometimes it’s difficult to mute people during a call, and it can take longer than it should to find the mute option.

I love that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use. The kids I teach think it works like FaceTime, and they love it, which makes my job easier. I love the whole app and recommend it to my coworkers if they don't already have an account. The initial setup was very easy.

I like that Zoom Workplace has an 'all-in-one' evolution, which integrates various features like AI companion and meeting summaries. I find these tools, like AI meeting summaries, automated synthesis, and smart recording, valuable for time recovery and sharing. The Zoom Whiteboard is another feature I appreciate, enhancing communication efficiency and providing real-time clarity. Communication tools like chat compose and email drafting also improve my workflow, making collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface overload and feature creep which makes it feel cluttered. The resource consumption is a pain point, especially for users with older hardware or mobile devices. Meeting fatigue features seem to be lacking, and file management and collaboration could be improved. It's moving away from being a simple video tool, making the interface feel a bit cluttered compared to its original streamlined version.

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and team collaboration, solving issues like echo, feedback, and app compatibility. The AI meeting summaries and smart recording improve communication efficiency and save time, while features like Zoom whiteboard and chat composition enhance collaboration.

I like using Zoom Workplace for video meetings, which help resolve the barrier of not seeing each other while still allowing us to communicate. It's valuable for its platform that enables communication with others regardless of location. I find the video meetings and the boardroom feature helpful because we can group ourselves effectively. The setup is beginner-friendly, which I appreciate.

Zoom Workplace with low quality but easy setup

When I receive a friend's message, I feel very happy, and setting up Zoom Workplace was very easy for me.

Low quality in Zoom, messages not being sent quickly, and issues occurring repeatedly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy making group video calls with my friends on Zoom Workplace. It is a very good application and is also used by my friends, which makes me like it even more. The setup process is very easy, like reading ABCD.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a video glitch issue in Zoom Workplace and some problems were encountered during installation. There are also difficulties in downloading, especially on Android 14.

I interact with people and connect with games using Zoom Workplace, but there are video glitches and download issues on Android 14.
Clear Communication, Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Zoom Workplace, I can raise my hand and unmute myself during online classes, which is not usually possible with other programs. It helps in easy connectivity, and both the voice and video are clear. I can also send direct messages to my teacher for clearing doubts, which saves me time and allows me to focus more on my studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's showing me that I'm just connecting but on the teacher don't show that I'm connecting. And sometimes the teacher's screen isn't showing to us when the started sharing even though our network is working well.

With Zoom Workplace, I can raise my hand, unmute myself, and directly check with teachers, which isn't supported by other programs. It offers easy connectivity with clear voice and video, and lets me resolve doubts quickly without waiting.

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and user-friendly nature. It's very easy to set up, making it a go-to choice for hosting and attending work meetings. I also appreciate the tools it provides that connect the physical and virtual workplace.
