Long-time zoom user
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, even for new users. It feels like you are actually in the same room. I can move and shrink the screen so I am looking at the person speaking and they see my eye contact, I am not looking down. I love the screen sharing capabilities, the ability to share video and share computer audio, I like the whiteboard function and want to use it more. Security is easy to manage, especially through the waiting room. Breakout rooms are easy to create, use, move between. Large groups and small all work well. I like that I can rearrange location of people in gallery view. I like the alternate backgrounds and the ease of creating my own. Oh, and enhance appearance function!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one thing that i can think of. I wish more people knew how to enter meetings and invite to meetings simply using meeting ID, rather than having to move a link from messages on phone to e-mail on computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to interact with people who are hard to get to - whether it's location, health, or timing. I can work from wherever I am, have been able to make money without travelling, and feel more connected to people in my own life as well.
Zoom is a time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
I can meet with people everywhere and save time and energy not having to drive to many locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. I have used other virtual platforms at the invitation of other people with whom I meet and I prefer Zoom. So much easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Zoom pre-pandemic to meet with people across the country for Bible studies. I started using for meetings with teachers after school to save time and gather more people together. The pandemic opened the door for virtual meetings and staff training. It saves time and increases productivity
Great experience in all platforms using Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom to set up confidential appts and also to be a participant in many workshops/meetings/etc. and have had (mostly) positive experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is when either myself or the other involved has had less than adequate wifi bandwidth to support the Zoom platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of any problems with my Zoom account and/or Zoom functions.

Zoom eliminates the hurdles of modern meetings. With the ease of scheduling, invitation, and use of settings in the application

Zoom does become limiting when you need to have the app downloaded and the chrome user experience isn't as friendly as the application

Zoom Is the Most Reliable Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The reason Zoom is so useful, is that it has been adopted by all industries. Of course, the pandemic helped that along, but no matter the reason, the result is that anyone and everyone has experience with Zoom. That leads to fewer delays and technical issues trying to get people together virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I need to run programs, so I can reference things as I am in a Zoom meeting. I hear a bit of lag in the transmission as I click off of Zoom and onto something else. I know that this is likely because my computer is not as fast, but I haven't experienced that with other meeting software. This tells me Zoom is just a heavier app. It'd be neat if Zoom had a slider so I could just between Optimize Quality or Optimize Performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me out with two sides of our service. The first is having client meetings. Since they are recorded, I can go back and verify the notes I took so I can make sure that the solution we provide is tailored perfectly to their needs. Then, when it comes time to interview agents to work for that client, I can review the recording and create candidate profiles that are really in line with what the candidate presented in their interview.

No complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is super easy. It connects to your calendar and integrates with everything you need, for example, Calendly and Mailchimp! We, meaning Soccer Resilience, have no complaints as an organization at all! ZOOM ON!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Zoom that I can pinpoint is the fact that you can't be in person physically! Being in person is ideal and staying on the computer to Zoom is not near as fun and changes the dynamics of the meeting or conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can meet anyone anywhere around the world! And see their faces as well! That is amazing and something to be celebrated! It has allowed our company to grow and scale at a much faster rate!
Easy to use virtual meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a meeting is easy, and flexible in allowing parameters... ie waiting room or not. Features such as the host being able to mute as needed, and sharing screen, are helpful, especially with a large group. Zoom allows people to join a meeting when perhaps they otherwise could not join in person... whether due to illness, distance, etc. There are times when participants can only make the time work because they don't have to factor in commute time. I find Zoom fairly intuitive to use, especially via a desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
If more than one person tries to talk at a time, audio gets cut off. It does mean having to pause, unmute, and be more deliberate, which can hamper the natural flow of conversation. Sometimes there are tech issues... such as a screen freezing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone being able to participate in a meeting... ie staff or partners that do not live locally. I can schedule a meeting with somebody in the midst of my work day, that in the past would have needed to be after hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped our church with meetings at night. Most of our members are older and do not care to drive at night.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least liked features are none. The hardest part is learning how to use the app and teaching our older congregation how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us meet as a community. We have prayer meetings, Vestry meetings, and even Bible study. Vestry meetings have been more productive since we can all get on no matter where we are.
