Best video experience on the planet

What do you like best about the product?
I've used them all. Every system from Microsoft Teams to Google Meets to Skype to Facetime, to Zoom. And Zoom, bar none, is absolutely the easiest to use, and the fastest in performance. Very intuitive, with all the enterprise controls you need, as well as advanced features for groups, classrooms, and corporate events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation instead of just using it in a browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom creates dynamic, interactive experiences that feel almost identical to being in the room with my team. Absolutely essential for our productivity!

Great Asset!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share your screen, add background filters, and can have several in the meeting at the same time. The voice and the picture are very clear!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is the pricing for small business owners. I wish there was a discount feature. Other than that, the software itself works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making our world smaller which is what we need in this day and age, especially during the time of the pandemic. I'm able to close business in all 50 states, rather than just my resident state thanks to ZOOM.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is to use. I love how it helps make international collaboration easy. I also love the ability to have the system dial in for me, which helps immensely when I am connecting while driving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything about using the platform for virtual collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used multiple online meeting platforms, and Zoom is the easiest for me and my team and collaborators within different organizations. I have been able to host and attend meetings from ANYWHERE - from my home office during COVID, from the airport as I travel, from the hospital when caring for my elderly parent who has Alzheimer's, from the US, and from abroad. It's a platform that provides easy connections for my colleagues in hard-to-reach areas of the world, including Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. My connection is always stable. I also appreciate the ability to have the system connect my audio through the phone without my having to look up the meeting number and passcode. (Often, I connect while driving, so this save me and the drivers around me!)

Zoom is great for my business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been pretty good in terms of sharing screens and using remote control access. I also enjoy all the virtual backgrounds and the chat box. It is very ideal when I conduct business interviews or more formal meetings. Zoom gives the feel of actually being in the room with that person versus all other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say about Zoom. Indirectly, when using the WIFI. If there is a better way for people to use the app with low bandwidth that may be super helpful for people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They once fixed the bugs that were causing some glitches on Zoom have been fixed. And so that's helped. As well as the security components and background filter requirements.

Zoom is a great platform for many types of groups

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows your group to video chat, view presentation slides, chat, and to do in the moment presentations using the onboard whiteboard. I use the polling feature often for pre made and in the moment votes and polling? I've even used polling to play icebreaker games. I also like the ability to create recurring meetings with the same link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom had a better interface for closed captioning. Having to use a third party program is inconvenient. Having someone type is not fair to that person who is part of your meeting. There are other video chat platforms that do a much better job of this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to run a variety of types of meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how smoothly I can share screens and allow others to do so. I also like changing my background to have an appropriate feeling for each meeting. Both of these make it easier to establish a "feeling" for the meeting, and keep the attending parties moving in the direction I am taking them. I also like being able to have the same meeting ID for every meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike more than the other virtual meeting options I have tried. Clearly, there are moments of connectivity issues for all virtual meetings that can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I truly don't have any problems with Zoom. Maybe that i have to log into my Google calendar every meeting I set to put it there, and invite my guests, but I think that is likely a google problem, not a Zoom problem.

Zoom for telemedicine

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to complete patient appointments for those patients who are unable to come into the office. It is a very easy platform for everyone and is HIPAA compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
choppy service when patient's internet connection is unstable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases appointment adherence. Patients who live far away can be seen without traveling, patients who might cancel due to work schedules or illness can be seen.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings have great quality, useful features and very easy to set up a new meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. If you've used it more than once then it's easy to know how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has provided our organization with the ability to have a global client base without the need to travel continuously.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom because of the layout compared to others. It's user-friendly and fast. It helps make my team and I more productive and the client experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only part that can be intimidating as a small business owner. I understand that there are annual subscriptions, but I don't tend to commit long term, just in case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love their features for entering the waiting room prior to entering meetings. I feel more comfortable knowing I have to admit users versus allowing them to enter right away.

Reliable Business Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has streamlined much of my business by facilitating client meetings virtually. Before I needed to drive a substantial way to meet them. I'm now saving significant amounts of time, thus giving me the ability to work with more clients, generate more business, and work from the comfort of my home office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could choose who I see on the screen when in gallery view during larger meetings. Some attendees can be quite disruptive and I'd like to be able to 'turn them off' so I don't see them during the meeting but can still see everyone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time by meeting with clients in different cities and clients who aren't in the same location, and I save gas from not having to drive so much. As a result I can reach more clients in the same amount of time and with less expense.
