Great solution for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple user interface. It makes scheduling meetings so easy. I love the features that were added to make meetings run more smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report at this time. It is working fine for me.

Connecting with others in a meaningful way. It is helping to connect to my peers and colleagues around the nation.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly and easy to use if you are computer savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier version for old customers or less computer-savvy people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issue of being able to meet in person quickly. I use it all the time to meet with employees quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of zoom and the ease of using it make it an effective way to hold meetings with people from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling zoom meetings is inconsistent--sometimes it asks to import to calendar, sometimes you can get through and set it up fine, sometimes the 'edit event' button isn't live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us have as close to in person meetings as possible when in different places. We all got so accustomed to it during COVID, it makes it easy to have meetings with people you need to, professionally and personally.

What do you like best about the product?
The reaction buttons allow for fun engagement with the audience. I also like that you can download the transcript from the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the recording and chat could be accessible at any time like Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have ongoing meetings with my clients and Zoom allows me to share documents and have more engaging meetings.
So useful with remote work
What do you like best about the product?
As most of us were pushed to work from home, zoom helped my company navigate client meetings with ease with great presentation capabilities (easy screen sharing, whiteboard, etc) and a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much bandwidth may be used if screen sharing/presenting during a call can be troublesome if you aren't connected to a high-speed access point. So be sure to be on a secure, high Mbps bandwidth otherwise you can come off as unprofessional or unprepared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is predominantly client-facing, and when we couldn't meet someone in person, that is revenue lost so zoom was a no-brainer to fix that disconnect. Zoom has allowed me to see more people in a day as well since I don't have to factor in commute times.
The Go-To regarding Online Conferenceing for Students
What do you like best about the product?
Works flawlessly. I have had numerous Zoom sessions, all without encountering any technical difficulties. Video quality is good compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sound quality is disrupted at times but most of the time, this is dependent on available bandwidth. Bandwidth is adequate at my institution so this is rarely an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues with being able to communicate with students and faculty remotely. Has enabled the ability to conduct faculty meetings between 4 community college campuses which are miles apart. Have solved the issue with having to travel to attend faculty meetings.

It is easy to use while having powerful tools if you need them

sometimes it lags and does not adjust for different internet speeds of the attendees

the need for a reliable and secure video conferencing solution and it benefits me in that I am able to do coaching calls with my clients knowing that the call is secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for people to connect to a Zoom session from wherever they are and whatever device they have - even a landline telephone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings are a little harder to find because you have to go to the Zoom website rather than just going through the desktop application.

My Zoom Review
What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom is better recognized, more affordable and user-friendly than its competitors. It gives you the ability to stay connected both personally and professionally. Zoom allows me to stay in business and to reach people in other states without leaving the house.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a fantastic tool when used correctly. If you aren't careful, Zoom can cause you to be lazy and to disconnect or distance yourself from people and the real world. Each individual must be mindful of not allowing it to consume your life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to be in different states on the same day without leaving the house or having to jump on a plane. It has also made my business more efficient.
It's definitely worth it!

breakout rooms, the ability to Livestream (paid), add-on apps like the chronometer, games, etc, and customized reactions!
What do you dislike about the product?
That live-stream feature is paid, it could be an add-on service when needed. Other than that, it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting an attendance list, being able to do dynamic activities remotely including separating the group for breakout rooms, and also the add-on time-keeping feature.
