Zoom is an extremely helpful online meeting program that helps me meet with other people virtually.
What do you like best about the product?
Something that is extremely helpful about zoom is the many customizable features to maximize the experience, such as filters for the camera, and the many different microphone settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I do not like about zoom are also the customizable features; I would like to see a more user-friendly interface, such as more customizable themes for the homepage and icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems Zoom are solving are the echoing sounds. Echoing sounds used to be a large problem in meetings, as I would be able to hear them from a bad microphone. However, now they are solved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share my screen, and music, or I can share ideas in the chat. It is easy to use. Most people are capable of using Zoom. I can mute all participants. I can pin my screen. I am grateful for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can not touch my client, which is one challenge with online work. However, I can see them if they turn their screen on and that makes my work on Zoom better than it would be if it were on a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to interact with clients that are across the country or world. I am able to to offer my services and interact with my client. Though I wish I was seeing more people on Zoom, some people are also fatigued and only want to work in person still.
Useful for the times
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily accessible it is and how it has made our current future easier to do when we can reach people from all parts of the world. I also love how easy the interface is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (especially with chrome products), there are a lot of bugs or issues that arise. For example, the camera won't work or the audio and it's hard to fix it when you have a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Covid started we had to start using zoom to organize the classes that we used to do in person. All the instructors had to use it as well and we had to adapt rather quickly since we had to keep working 24/7 to make sure we are providing the services we have always provided.
Highly recommend for business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been helpful in communication and collaboration during the pandemic with my clients. I love that they offer HIPAA compliant options as well which is necessary as a behavioral health therapist. I also work with kids, and Zoom has always had a screen sharing functionality that is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the other user does not have the upgraded version of Zoom, they tend to get kicked offline during our calls. I would like to see improvements made here as I don't think that should be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved large scale video conferencing without breaking the bank or the web. They have added several features that are useful for others using the platform such as chat, break out sessions within large conferences, and white board.
Best software for running webinars
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is accessible in China which is very important for my work because we aim to engage a global network of colleagues. Zoom also has the best recording features of any meeting software I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is more expensive for nonprofits than Google, but the services Zoom provides have still been worthwhile for my team. My only worry is that we'll eventually stop our Zoom subscription to save money and deal with the lost benefits of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with people in China (Google is banned) so that is very important for making our work accessible to everyone we connect with. It ensures that we are not providing North America/Eurocentric work only.
Not terrible but there's always room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for meeting up with my friends and clients. I appreciate that there are now integrations for Miro and other productivity apps. These integrations make it far more useful than Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A spotty connection can cause Zoom to glitch really badly. Also, there have been a few times where switching between cameras has caused Zoom to crash. I hate breakout rooms. I think they are the most jarring experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm happy to use Zoom to teach classes and also to use programs like Miro in my meetings with colleagues. My clients like the ease of use and level of interactivity the app integrations provide.
Solid service with great Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and link to my scheduling platform, calendar, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much it costs. Not that it's overly expensive for what it is but would love to lower my overhead where I can while I try to revive my business post-covid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with my clients easily and being able to share recordings after our sessions. LOVE the easy cloud record and share.
Zoom for seminars
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add on services as needed. For example while I have and use the meeting account, from time to time the Webinar account is needed. More more user friendly than other services I have used. The support services are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a nice feature to be able to edit and re-upload the recordings. I prefer using the Zoom Cloud service for this. Also, there should be an intermediate level for the Cloud service, more than for the meeting license, but less than the next tier. Another issue is that the support is not good when a question is posed; most of the time the question is not answered, but the answer is for another question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is not only allowing virtual meetings that are easy for others to join, but their webinar service is excellent for multiday educational sessions. While I use the Webinar, I have not completely understood the other services they offer for multiday educational sessions.
Good tool for small team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to integrate my meetings on my calendar, connect with my team, and automation of meeting links. The fact that I don't have to think about finding the link for my next meeting makes using this tool so effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things are changing pretty fast! It is not always easy to catch on to new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zoom at 3D Girls, Inc. to fulfill our mission of Educating and Empowering young women and girls. Zoom connects our team of nonprofit professionals to beneficiaries and clients, through workshops, meetings and classes.
A great way to connect with customers and keep family close.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I am able to connect without a time limit and that I don't have to worry about anything going down. It's also easy to send invites and work with in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a bit more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves several problems for me. First, it is a great way for me to connect with other bloggers in online meetups. It is also a simple solution when I need to communicate with a group of customers. I also use Zoom to lead a writing group that meets weekly. Finally, my sisters are all over the country so we meet via Zoom once a month to hang out and play games etc. It has been a huge blessing in that way.
