Exceptionally effective App for remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is its versatility. Being able to present content with ease and fluidity is very important. Zoom performs better than other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to troubleshoot a playback problem while on screen share mode is a major drawback. A troubleshooting scan function can help resolve this issue. The problem usually takes place when trying to share a video or online content. Oftentimes, videos will play without sound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, Zoom helped my business provide a way to communicate with my clients with video when in-person meetings were impossible. Zoom meetings have become the norm in many instances.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom makes it so easy for other people to join calls, even if they don't use it as their primary platform. It's incredibly reliable and doesn't have a lot of the latency or UX issues that alternatives display.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have pre-set screenshare settings, since I'm usually sharing the same pdf on my screen for pitches and other presentations. I'd love to see some built-in note taking integrations or other ways to streamline my workflow without needing to go all-in on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently a remote team and work with a ton of remote partners / service providers. Being able to reliably and consistently speak with them using a predictable fashion is necessary for our business to make progress. Zoom has helped to enable that in a big way.

Zoom is easy to use & very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to have a passcode or waiting room. I wish that the person could just log in and join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me and my team to connect to clients, screen share, and collect live signatures by giving the other person screen control.
The best for keeping in touch
What do you like best about the product?
It is always reliable. I use it for business and personal. It is very easy to use for those that are not computer saavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is not working well. I have never had to call support.

Keeping in touch with family and continuing my business while out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear, multiple functions, easy to manage, easy to invite and easy to operate
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a pretty big fan of Zoom. There may be things that could be added or improved but it doesn't affect the value to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of remote work and Zoom has been awesome in allowing me to conduct business, increase communication, reduce travel and improve life.
Zoom is the best option for video conferencing in my opinion.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. The setup and join meeting especially the one tap mobile option is most helpful and easy to understand and use especially for those not comfortable with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may be wrong but I don't think I have seen an auto-update feature. I usually have to go to settings and check for updates and then install. But I think an auto-update feature would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes scheduling appointments and meetings very easy. You can meet with anyone, anywhere at any time. It also is solving the problem of getting groups of people together. People seem to show up more on zoom than an in-person event.
Zoom is definitely recommended.

I like zoom because it is an effortless way for me to connect to any business meeting. I am not that great with technology, and the creators of zoom made it easy enough for someone like me to use. Thank you, zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about zoom. I wish I could have heard about it sooner so I could have used it at the beginning of the pandemic to host meetings with my employees instead of using skype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom in solving the fact that I do not have to have in-person meetings, and that can be due to one of my employees, for instance, isn't feeling well. They don't have to come into the office and take the chance of getting someone else sick, and they won't miss the meeting. ******************I have tried to upload my screenshot 4 times and it will mot load I have it but it just wont upload
Zoom is an expansive tool to have in any business.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is most helpful by way of staying in contact with people/clients, no matter where in the world they are. This platform allowed me to stay in business, even more so during global lockdown events. I have been able to stay in touch and offer more services with this particular platform. It's an imperative tool for any business, in my honest opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues pertaining to downsides, except the free version is very limiting. The basic business subscription has been perfect for what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay in business by having session with client via online. This has kept me on business and also expanded my ability to provide services worldwide.

Zoom is most affordable and easy for official meeting faster application to create link and to connect around people for quick response and your meeting is scheduled

Fast application. Time period of meeting is Less that they can improve also this can help people to connect longer time always and mic bug also from mobile to connect

Interview of candidates who is not around you they connect easy and our process is become faster then before so it helps us to grow quick and connect best application
Zoom... I love it! Flexible, powerful, and easy to use.

Ease of use. Able to have face to face with anyone in the world. Great tools, especially screen share.

Sometimes have quality of connection issues. Not sure that is a Zoom issue.
