Zoom got my company through the Pandemic and now its a staple

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and intuitive, everyone in our company and clients can use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside. Its been so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with internal employees as well as our clients face-to-face. In the past we've relied on a conference call line which just didn't work as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Webinars and virtual meetings have become the new norm. I love that I can use zoom via computer or phone to seamlessly connect with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, the available settings are so extensive, we've never found anything to be missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now no longer have the challenge of coordinating schedules to find an available time when everyone can be in one location. I also find that meetings held virtually tend to stick with the meeting agenda more closely, using everyone's time wisely.

What do you like best about the product?
- Reliable connection and quality
- Integrations into Gcal & Slack
- Good built-in noise suppression and audio leveling
- Reliable screen share
- Different security settings for both reusable personal room and single-use rooms
What do you dislike about the product?
- Modals / slideouts for chat, participants, etc. are inconsistent and cause issues w/ full-screen and split screen on my mac
- Meeting controls when screen sharing are intrusive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Building relationships with coworkers in a remote setting
- Having a reliable communication platform for client calls
- Easy to create, single-use call urls
- High quality audio & video streams

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to connect with all of our candidates and clients in a seamless and instantaneous way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are times when recordings of our zoom calls are delayed in processing. Not a big deal, but sometimes the processing time is not consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run our business completely virtual thanks to zoom video conferencing. This saves our customers and clients travel expenses and gives us the opportunity to have a completely remote team of professionals based all around the country.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really liked the webinars. It was easy to set up and easy to keep it rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know any downsides but I would like to easily access all of the people that have ever registered for my webinar in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are all over NY state and so rather than drivng around which costs money and could potentially cost me my life in a car accident, zoom makes it so I dont have to go out to meet them. I can also meet with many people at once. And i can live in a place i want to live for other reasons rather than where my clients are.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity with which I can quickly create a meeting for one of my online classes and the fact that it is integrated with Eventbrite, which makes it easy to sell my classes there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it never remembers the information I've input the last time. All my meetings are the same so I'd love to just copy and change the date and title...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as the mechanic for teaching all my online classes. During the first COVID lockdown this allowed me to quickly set up and manage my online teaching practice and that helped me to get through to the other side with my business intact.

Great Communication Tool for Meetings, Classes and Collborations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Zoom allows us to present in a large group setting, and also allows for breakout rooms for smaller group collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be working fine for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped us to streamline our business in both time, and monetary expenses. We no longer have to spend hours of travel time, gas money, airfare, hotels, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with our team across the country and maximize our time in our day. We're able to run webinars and showcase demonstrations virtually from home. Most importantly we're able to build and develop relationships easier than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess my only complaint is that it's not integrated everywhere. I'm able to use zoom as a plug in on my Google calendar but not for any Apple devices calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with my team country wide. I run business groups in multiple different states. Previously I'd have to fly or drive to connect with these folks on a monthly basis to do things I'm able to now in 15 minutes over a Zoom call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has given me a way to be face to face with those that are in other cities, and states. Yet, have that sense of the reality of them being in the room with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there would be something to change, it would be on the mobile side of it. I have people complain it's difficult to get the mic to cooperate with the iPhone, having to look up online and deal with changing settings, instead of just being propmpted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to have meetings with no interuption of concerns of sickness, or availability because of being on the road. Zoom has made communication accessible for all those involved.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using zoom in Mar 2020 and have enjoyed its ability to allow worship & hold meetings from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
at first there was little support and guidance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
feeling more comfortable with zoom, I feel the security is better and the new additions such as whiteboard. solutions are easy to find on google!
