What do you like best about the product?
connects my entire team no matter where they are
What do you dislike about the product?
I was mislead by the sales rep. I was asked to over-estimate the number of staff we would have 3 years after the contract. I was not informed this could not be changed. Now we are paying for significantly more users than we even employ. I escalated this to legal without a resolution. I am very frustrated by this. We cannot afford a 1300 payment per month and will be ending as soon as we are able. In my account, there is the option to remove staff/decrease users but this option does not work for our account. Zoom can do better than this. I am one upset customer and do not feel supported.

What do you like best about the product?
Great price

Can get messages and make calls any where with the app

What do you dislike about the product?
Need phones with better features at a cheaper price. The low cost phones are good, but would be better with more features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did away with a high prices phone system that was continuing to go up in pricing. We can also use Zoom anywhere since we use our cell phones alot also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it super easy to use for attendees and speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to personalize more items in Zoom to make it more branded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people on different plaforms (Web ex and teams). Everyone can connect to zoom when other video conferencing seems to have connectivity issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. As compared to some other virtual meeting platforms, the tools and resources included with the platform has helped us reduce costs and get more accomplished without the cost of travel and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of options regarding taking attendance and long-term data retention/recording space. We utilize Zoom for our virtual trainings but attendance is a pain because people share devices and they don't login using their real names. If Zoom could help inforce single device per person and using legal names, this would be great. Increasing allowable storage space for recordings to be more cost effective for nonprofits. Also would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can go back and review summaries and chats from previous meetings. The AI meeting summary is the bomb!

What do you like best about the product?
It works fine. Nothing special and it isn't really worth disrupting the team to move.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow, we got charged monthly but on an annual contract, and when we added or removed users, they were all also on the annual contract, so our price went super high but wouldn't come back down until the end of our year term. Again, we were paying monthly at the monthly rate. No discount.

When I found this out, I reached out to Zoom to get it fixed and was basically told that I'm screwed.

So now I've been trying to get off this annual contract before it renews again, and I've just been getting ignored, passed around, and promised someone would reach out for over a week. Currently, they're back to radio silence, so I'll likely need to try again with their support line.

I hate how Zoom has treated me as a long-time customer, and if I felt like I had an alternative that wouldn't disrupt the team, we would be long gone.

I hate Zoom, but I guess I'm stuck - for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works. At least it connects to Slack so that's useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy to use and dyanamic Zoom is, enabling large group collaboration, small group discussions, as well as lectures and presentations. This flexibility enables my work as an online educator by supporting team work as well as delivery to scaleable audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the Webinar feature is an additional cost. Because of the price, my organization has opted to stick with a lower product tier and makes the best possible use out of the Meetings feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remotely staffed team, we rely on Zoom for our office phone. It's great to be able to have a Zoom phone number with extensions for each team member that clients can call just like any other phone line. We have struggled to find other phone solutions, and Zoom has been the best fit for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the industry standard. It's full featured. It's not a "second thought" service like Google Meet where they needed to make a competitor for Zoom. Once integrated into your email, calendar and contact systems, it's easy to schedule meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is from an IT perspective. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting automatic provisioning and licensing to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not use Google Meet because Zoom can support large amounts of attendants easily, whereas with Google, we've had problems in the past.
