What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a great way for me and my friends to continue to connect from a distance on a weekly basis. COVID prevented us from physically being together, but Zoom has removed that 'distance' barrier and in fact opened the dialog up as we are willing to talk about more on zoom than we would when we would meet in a restaurant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not free and at first was very challenging to figure out how to set up a meeting. Our meetings are not regular, and therefore need to be set up each week to accommodate several schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides an instant way to connect with anyone at anytime via the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and has allowed our writing group to safely meet during Covid and to expand our reach to out-of-town members. I chose Zoom because the platform allows us to share our writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I had trouble navigating the site and couldn't reach customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem.

I don't have any negative feelings about zoom. It is all good. Easy. Clear. Efficient. Leave it just the way it is. Changing will require new adaptation. If it works don't fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting cost which means more money to use for other things. Our group has members from Texas, Argentina and Ireland and we meet once a week. Plane cost is not feasible
Very easy software, versatile in its appearence, and does exactly what I need it to do.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is very easy to navigate the whole desktop, making holding meetings a pleasurable experience. Being able to easily share screens, interact with everyone, and it be so quick and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, there is not anything I do not like about ZOOM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no issues outstanding.
Excellent communication solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and there are some helpful features like screen sharing, chat box, recording sessions and sending meeting invitations etc. zoom is suitable for small to medium-sized meetings for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
no control over comments, security concerns like intrusion by outsiders and internet dependence and it requires an unlimited internet connection with 500 Mbps download and upload speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can join meetings from anywhere on mobile, laptops tablets also. So we can use zoom pp for business purposes also educational purposes and it allows you to choose between sharing specific windows or a monitor, which shares the entire screen with all of the participants.

When a person is kicked out of the breakout room, I can bring them back to their room unless I bring them to another room first, then bring them back to their original breakout room. It requires me to do a detour.

- for some reason it always tells me that all my ram is used up even when it's the only thing open
- kicks you out of the meeting when you lose your connection momentarily

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, login process straight forward and you can do a variety of things like breakout sessions, polls etc very easily. I have no issues using it for two years

Only thing is it's becoming more and more expensive

Communication Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes virtual meetings easy. I use Zoom to meet with clients and vendors. It's easy to use, integrates with my business email (google hosted) and google calendars so I can quickly set up a virtual meeting with the app on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there is already a way to record all meetings in the settings, so I don't have to hit record every time. I always forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting virtually through Zoom saves me time to meet in person, deal with traffic, better prepare for meetings, no tech problems presenting slides or documents on-screen.
Easy for Most, Could be Better for Teachers
What do you like best about the product?
Anybody, of any age can easily get into a Zoom call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breakout rooms are not teacher-friendly, but I have an original way to run Microsoft Teams within a Zoom call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it more convenient for groups to attend meetings and religious services from home.
